I booked this lodge because it was relative new based from their photos and had a great price even though the location was 2.3 km away from the beach.
But when i arrived in the lodge, they told us to be relocated to Moreno's Logde and Resto.
Moreno's is very old. The beds were hard as well as the pillows. There was no food available though it said "restaurant".
Based from my travel experiences, the value of Moreno's is LOWER than the deal price that I payed to Brown Epitome Lodge for two nights.
If only I knew that this would happen, I am very much willing to pay for a higher price as long as it is a truthful deal.
You have to stop this modus of misrepresentation of your services to a frequent traveller like us.

We got to the hotel early. And then they told us they’re fully booked. They had to transfer us to a diffrent hotel which really sucks. The water supply is not good. The bathroom smellls garbage. Staff we’re not friendly. I’m really dissatisfied. I was really looking forward for this hotel.
