这个酒店离机场大概半小时车程，酒店员工提供的信息很有用，位于居民区里面，很安静，房间虽然简单，但是干净，有热水、空调，吃东西挺方便的。

很清静舒适性价比高的酒店，机场打车过来不到半小时，酒店就是一民居，周围很安静，房间尽管简陋，但是干净舒适，值得推荐，服务也不错，职员有问必答。

DO NOT BELIEVE ALL the previous EXCEPTIONAL REVIEWS this property has. First time, my BIGGEST REGRET in trusting the reviews of a property at this site. The place for me is a dump. I wouldn't even give it any star. It is similar to a boarding house for those looking for budget accommodation for long term stay. If not for the caretaker of the place, who was very kind & accommodating, that was the only saving grace of the place for a HORRIBLE 3 hrs experience at the place. I can hardly wait to move out & find a better place even if I have to pay more. Even if it was drizzling at night, I insisted with hotels.com CSR that I want to change hotel. To cap the long story short, when I found the place, I couldn't find the doorbell & tried knocking on the steel gate. Finally, after 10-15min. decided to call the place & a lady told me they are fully book (and to think before I went to the place, I called up to find out how to get to the place , a man answered at that time & never said the place is fully booked) After another 15-20 min. outside the gate as I was trying to contact hotels.com to resolve this issue, a lady came out to ask me if am the one who called earlier with a confirmed booking & she told me if I don't mind, a room will be available after 7:30pm when the guest check out. Since it was drizzling already & almost 6pm, I said I didn't mind since I plan to just drop the bags & eat out. But after seeing the place & room, decided to call hotels.com to change stay.

Very comfortable place to stay...clean and sheets are new and clean, staff is accommodating..stayed overnight.

Casa Ruby is a major find. Really a home ie versus a hotel e pension house. Staff are great. Breakfast is good. The pension house is near a nice coffee cafe. We loved it. My wife and I. Many doctors from India stay here and will answer medical questions just to be nice. Nice, intelligent hotel guests. Loved it.

Very nice lobby. Strong internet. Very cordial staff. Great big room very tastefully decorated in Asian style. Good Zen feeling. Nice!

For the low price, Casa Ruby was a great choice for me. The staff was great. They make you feel at home and are friendly. They prepared a small breakfast every morning. If you need anything they will accommodate you. I stayed a whole month and was pleased. I used Casa Ruby as my home base while I explored different resorts for the occasional luxury experience. It was a good plan since Expedia will entice you with great prices at various resorts in the area.

When my wife and I arrived at the hotel there was no one to meet us and we had to stay two nights in another hotel.

The staff is very well accommodating and their place is clean. Bed sheets are clean and nice room with small kitchen. This place is suit for budget travellers.

If you're in a budget and you find comfort and great food then you can absolutely enjoy staying here. The staff are all accommodating. The breakfast meal served is great too. Aside from food taste, they served it right. You know other hotel offered free breakfast in the accommodation but the servings are small like they want you to take a diet. The flush button in the bowl is not working. We had a sweet dream sleep.

Average experience yet affordable pricing. Service was good.

Casa ruby is very a Real home. The family that worked there were very helpful and Nice. Breakfast is very small and sometimes you have to search for someone to answer your questions since there isn't a reception.

가격대비 만족도 높다. 시내 접근성이 좋고 교통도 편리하다. 바로 앞에 약국과 슈퍼 있음. 하지만 맥주는 팔지 않음. 맥주는 길 따라 쭉 걸어서 150미터 정도에서 파는 가게 있음. 바로 길 건너 그린 뱀부라는 맛사지 샵 있음. 1시간에 300페소로 저렴. 편의시설이 좋은 것을 원하면 호텔이 좋으나 여럿이 어울리면서 간단한 취사하려면 이곳 강추한다. 카르멘 사장님 (여) 사람좋고, 하우스 메이드인 마이마이와 엠엠 모두 친절하고 신속히 부탁을 들어준다. 특히 카르멘 사장님과 마이마이가 도와주어서 해산물 시장에서 코코넛 크랩 사다가 요리해 먹은 일은 좋은 경험이었다. 요리해준 마이마이 고마워요. 다시한번 강조하지만 편한 여행을 원한다면 별로 추천하고 싶지 않으나 (그런 경우 호텔로 가시는게 나을듯) 현지를 느끼고 싶은 여행을 하시고 싶다면 강추합니다.

Hotel staffs gave nice services. Inside the bedroom, many cracked lines were shown on wall. TV channels /cable TV channels both were shown not clear(like snow falling)when switch ON. Not provide any cup or glass, kettle and towel.

I expected less since it costs less. But i was wrong. The room felt like staying in a 3 star hotel. Outide the room you feel like you're in your home. Although it was hot outside the room since the AC was off it didn't bother us. The teenagers which i felt was the owner's kids were very accommodating and helpful. Ate (sorry i forgot to get your name) was very friendly and prepared a very nice breakfast for us. We love the longganisa. And most of all, 10 hours after we checked out for our tour, they accommodated our request to freshen up in the room before leaving. Thank you very much.
