Okay naman. Helpful ang staff. Malinis din makitid lang ang room space but overall it was okay.

I enjoyed my stay here cause basically it is very strategically located in all areas like Tamiya Terminal and Food hub. Only walking distance to the banks and supermarket. I stay here and the hotel is ongoing construction. The location is super great. Only needs improvement in the hotel especially the rooftop and elevator

The room had a bad smell, dirty CR with lots of mosquitos, poor WiFi and no TV services. It looked like the room hadn't been used in a long time. The restaurant was also closed and there was no means to get a warm drink.

The front desk assigned that time was so strict!

The place is strategically located near an outlet and one ride away to the airport. But I hope the Management can do pest control, we've seen 2 big cockroaches that I think if other guests have experienced it, they might have chosen to be transferred to other room.

The receptionist is not accommodating when we arrived very late because we are from a 12am flight. It would be better if they show gladness and sympathy for a late comer and tired guests. In addition, the place is unsafe because they don't have security guard in the entrance area and security lock in the room. I think that it should be a must for a hotel to consider the safety of their customers. Moreover, they don't give free toothbrush and toothpaste to the guest which most of the hotels do. Lastly, they have television but not functional. Hoping and praying that these comments and suggestions will give insights to the management for the improvement of the hotel. God bless.

Nice hotel but my companion did not like depositing P1000 as security purpose.

The ladies in the front desk are not accommodating and approachable. Not even wearing smiles whenever there are guests.

Inconsiderate hotel. They're just after the money not on customers welfare

Our overall stay was really unsatisfying.

They gave us a room wherein the TV is locked up. No Cable. Low Security. Slow Check In Process.

The stay is great with the aircon very cold. With hot shower. But the cable on the TV when we visited is on maintenance.

No one accompanies you. Room is smaller than expected.

Rooms are not yet ready for check in, its already 2:15.. Front desk doesn't have a pleasing personality..

Front liners are not approachable. I was disappointed on how they handle customers especially the mandatory deposit of 1000 despite that the room booked was already paid via online. I was asking why were they asking for deposit. They don't even give consideration. i just book this hotel to wait for our flight. Rest room's door was damage.

Deposit was too high. I usually stay in a hotel having deposit even lower than 500, yet this hotel asks deposits of 1k

It's very good for a sub 1000 priced hotel. Though the bed is on the stiff side for me. The pillows are great so soft. Room is decent. You have a small table and a cabinet. Comfort room can be a bit cleaner but it's fine. Hot shower is a plus for me. Wifi is good. Some of the gripes i had was the lack of elevator. If you have a lot of baggages you have a hard time reaching your room especially if you are designated to the upper floors plus the stairs are very narrow. Restaurant or something of the sort (although they have a breakfast offerings but still). Overall it's a really good place and really good value for the price.
