No water. The comfort room is not comfortable.

The staff are very accommodating. Cebu has some water problems because of El Nino but the staff did their best in helping us. Reasonable price, very accessible. Had a comfortable stay the entire time.

No running water available all the time.

While I enjoyed the stay because the aircon is very very cold, the common CR was dirty and unkept. Toiletries or towels were also not provided. But it is worth the money for a budget hotel. Plus the location is very good.

The hotel is good but the room of my mother and sister theirs a smell of cigarette. Also if you already book of that room and it's already paid the room must vacant when you arrive.

Accommodation is poor..common bathroom su***

They transferred me to their sister hotel because they’re already full. And they forgot to close the post here where I booked. Kinda unsatisfying with what happened because I’m already exhausted that time (4am). But overall place is good for a real backpacker.

I'm happy that they offered an affordable rate just in time when we need it. We were looking for a place to stay the night and it's great that they offered a comfortable and nice room that's budget friendly. Sure, they don't have amenities like a five-star hotel but the warm staff and 'homey' feeling we've had will make us return soon. 😀

Excellent staff! The room is kinda okay for what you pay though it’s small but it’s okay, staff there are so friendly :)

The receptionist is very accommodating and friendly. Especially Ms. A. Even if the room is small but the bed is really comfortable.

For the experience, upon our arrival, we don't have the towel prepared in our room, no trash bin also. no small table where we can put our things. For the value of money, it fits within the budget, applicable for backpackers. For the location, it's great, along the highway easily accessible to other establishment.

You have to approach the reception for your needs.

It's very affordable, within the city, very accessible to shops, foods, etc. Minsan wala tubig, separate yung cr sa room., maliit lang ung room. aircon is good.

My friend lost her phone in a grab taxi and the staff went to great lengths to get it back. One of them even accompanied us to the grab office and we managed to get the phone back :)

The worst hotel experience ever! Save yourself from humiliation! Don’t try to book this hotel!

You get what you paid for. The price is just right for the kind of rooms they have. Clean naman. Accommodating staffs but the cr is common to all. This is easy to find. If mag stay lang naman overnight, okay na to. Tipid na. Wala silang food na inooffer.
