宿务普拉斯酒店

很近市中心，岀入也方便。只是房間剛只夠2人，沒有其他空間擺放東西，所以會有點壓迫感，但整體我住3日2夜，是可以的。

乾淨，安靜，便宜， CP值高

The facilities igenerally were good but the basics werent right. There was no hot water but at the end of the stay I noticed that there was a hot water dial in a shower control box under the sink in the room. It would have been good to have had that pointed out but at the same time I didnt ask. If I had pointed out about no hot water then I might have been shown that but usually the hot water is controlled centrally in hotels. The real disappointment was that the room.safe failed on me twice and ruined 2 planned nights out. The safe wouldnt open and the hotel replaced the safe the first time with a safe just as old. The safes failed out of hours and there was nothing that could be done, no offer of a key but then the guy who came the next day said himself that there was no specific key as the safe's were too old. There wasnt even a callout fee to unlock the safe I wouldnt have liked to have paid a fee but if it was reasonable enough I would have. I found that the girls on the reception sniggered a lot. Perhaps I did do some things or mistakes that they found amusing but unfortunately I was exhausted because of care to family members and rhen 2 family bereavements. So this holiday neeeed to be a good one but it didnt work out that way and this hotel contributed to that. I must say the staff were good though including the reception staff even though I think they could be a little more professional at times. Best staff were cafe staff and door/ security.

Lot’s of bugs and roaches crawling around. I was supposed to stay for three nights but, I couldn’t take killing the roaches so, I had to check out only staying one night. They wouldn’t give me a refund for my other 2 nights so, I went to a better hotel to sleep in place without the bugs crawling on me.

Uncomplicated

My stay at Cebu Hotel Plus was excellent. Spotlessly clean, great air conditioning, hot shower, great food and the staff are so kind and helpful. It’s also in a safe and quiet neighbourhood and in a great location close to everything you need. I will be staying here again when I next visit Cebu City!

Staff was very courteous making the check in and check out process a breeze. The room was clean, bit small, but not bad. The shower heads had calcium build up, like a lot of hotels. But they provided shampoo, conditioner, soap, and dental items. The internet wasnt working at first but they resolved it immediately and I was able to work remotely with no issues. The breakfast buffet was very limited and food were not warm. Seems like the food had been sitting out for a while. Overall a decent hotel to stay for a great price.
