Clean room, friendly host, air conditioning, comfortable bed.

Great hotel not far from the airport. Rooms are really clean. Cool air con and fridge in room. Really nice pool and bar area, good wifi. The staff are so friendly and helpful, booking transport to El Nido and giving us tips for while we are there. Definitely recommended!

It was great for big family vacation. Breakfast was traditional but also good.

This hotel is off the main drag and located in a quiet neighborhood. No worry, it’s close to Robinson Mall, but who needs it when the little restaurant here will rock your world. The bar? Pool, and nightly rock videos make this an amazing stay. Add fast laundry service, an amazing staff, and fast WiFi and you won’t want to leave.

Jednoznačně nejlepší hotel (pátý na palawan co jsem navštívil). Veškeré služby na špičkové úrovni nemám co vytknout vše naprosto ok.

Far away from the main part of the city. If you're staying a few days stay at a better place

Der var altid hjælp at hente i receptionen og ud af de fire ansatte var det kun en som snakkede dårligt engelsk. Vi forlængede med en nat og havde derfor tre nætter, hvilket var passende til at nå de seværdigheder der var i Puerto Princesa. Vi blev hentet i lufthavnen for 160 php og fik en masse nyttig information af vores chauffør, på den korte tur. Ved poolen er der storskærm og der spilles musik fra kl. 8 - 23 hver dag, så der lægges op til fest, men musikken er ikke overdøvende. Vi var på Citadel i low session og oplevede derfor ikke fest og larm.

First off we made a reservation including breakfast, but they refused to give it to us saying it's not included. Second off it says that the airport transfer was free, it's not. They charge around 90-100 each.

Citadel is a nice lady. Her workers are good when she's around, but not so helpful or friendly when she's not around, unfortunately. The girl who cleaned the rooms was great. Location was odd, but the place was good for the price. They arrange tours from the hotel, so it's easy to get out there to see the sites. The pool is cleaned every morning. A good place to stay for the price, for sure! Alo good to meet other travelers.

This hotel is small but well managed. The staff was friendly and eager to please.

we were picked up at the airport by the owner herself and was greeted with a warm welcome. Then she bought us to the souvenir shop so we can check the prices and we can budget our pasalubong but then we ended up buying pasalubong right away hehe... Room - was cosy and I slept well even if I'm on the top part of the bunk bed. Pool - clean and well maintained. Bathroom - enough size and warm water is working great. Ambience - relaxing, quiet. Staff - friendly and accomodating. Location - near the airport and the city. But it's not within the highway. So you can enjoy the peace of the province and the perks of the city. I'm definitely coming back.

The owner was friendly on our arrival and gave us a free upgrade to somewhat larger room, however the zircon didn't work there so we went back to our original room. Bed was comfortable and the warm shower was nice as well. The breakfast was good, however it was very confusing which was the free included breakfast or which one we had to pay for. As example the menu says juice included and then they asked me which juice I wanted and then they charged me for this since it was a fresh (can) juice instead of powder juice without asking or telling me that this was an additional charge. They do give you a fee shuttle ride to the airport which is great, and they did not make an issue about us needing to take money from a ATM on the way to the airport.

Friendly staff and comfortable room. Wireless internet not so fast but ok. Hotel will greatly benefit if road access is paved. Free airport transport from/to hotel is a plus.

This is a good choice if you are looking for a quiet hotel away from the city center. It fit the bill for us as we wanted to relax at the end of our trip. Room was large and comfortable, with strong hot shower, tv and large drinking water dispenser. Although there was a mini bar, it was filled with their items with a warning about bringing in your own food & drink. Likewise, it was a little confusing having a table and chairs both inside and on the terrace, but with signs posted warning against eating in the room and prohibited foods. The pool was nice. Close proximity to Robinson's Place (20 minute walk or 20 PHP tricycle ride) made it easy to shop for souvenirs. Tricycle drivers were available on call and also at Robinson's. Airport shuttle was included and took 15 - 30 minutes. Owner Citadel and her staff were all very welcoming.
