The service of the staff was very good. There were many restaurants around the hotel. If you use the grab, you can get to the IT park right away.

Good location easy access to a grocery store. I love it

A big hotel on a busy road, that at one time must have been impressive. Quite a few Dining options outside the hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, but hotels’ bathroom room needs love - taps and other bathroom fittings corroded, so shower head didn’t function well and other taps similar. The room was clean and big, but unfortunately very noisy.

Nice hotel to stay in , family friendly. The restaurant is fair but not stellar. The only real complaint is while we were there weekends were very loud at the street level but the staff made up for it with service and the rooms were spotless

The room bathroom is dirty, old and lacks supplies. No handwash or wash cloths. Soap too small and no smell. Towel rack broken. Shower curtain old and dirty

The room was new and clean but the area was noisy, if you need more time to sleep, the noise outside will wake you up.

All was good except street noise was pretty bad. I changed hotels halfway through my stay.

A hotel with friendly staff and convenient location, but renovation is needed. No laundry service is a minus for travelers.

All in all the hotel is a very good value. The only thing that is a little difficult is the hotel is in a curve on a very busy street. However, there are attendance that have stop signs that will gladly assist you. Otherwise, my family was very happy with the accommodations.

Overall the facility is great. The only downside was we found leftover foods inside the fridge and we don’t know who it belongs to. It’s an indication of an oversight on the cleanliness. Other than this, the stay would have been perfect. Location is accessible to tranport and shops. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating.
