Nice property

Nice and safe place to stay for a big family. They let us check in earlier than the check- in time. Breakfast serves on time.

This property is ideal for a family or big group with their transportation. It is a little far from the historic town center where tourist attractions and dining and shopping options are abundant. It is walkable for younger and strong walkers.

First of all, the motel is way off the main road in a very narrow pathway where no 2 vehucles can drive opposite way esp a van, one had to back off. There were no toiletries provided, we were given one small hand soap when we asked. No shower curtain, so everthing in the bathroom will be wet. The outside of the hotel looks nice, but the rooms are in much need of updating, water stain in the bathroom ceiling.There was one thin blanket for cover, the beds are very low, no closets, one small night table. It was pretty crowded for 4 guests in a room.The AC works great and the breakfast was good. The staff are very nice.

Walking distance from tourist spots and restaurants.

The property is okay; we stayed for one night and there were three of us. No toiletries and no heated shower. Staff provided kettle for hot water that one can add in the pail to be mixed with cold water. A basic breakfast was provided. The road leading to the property was under construction so our driver had to go around to get to the property’s parking lot. It is walkable to Calle Crisologo for fit walkers.

While the access to Vigan Town center was a close walk, the rooms were not clean. There were insects in rooms, dirty towels in the closet, and no hot water for a shower. The Internet was good, but, no shower curtain or soap. This place needs a remake to have a clean and comfortable stay.

Friendly staff

The hotel staff was great. She allowed us to check in early without having to pay a fee and even provided us with a free upgrade. Great service! Very close to tourist sites Calle Crisologo.

Safe place and walking distance for the tourist spot

Easy check in and check out. Near Calle Crisologo. Staff were nice and friendly. My spouse left her pants and they sent it to our place in Manila. Grateful for that. Thank you so much.

They we’re so generous because they provided us dinner and it was a welcome surprise at the same time. That made our stay really wonderful and unforgetable

Excellent stay and customer service was top notch. The staff were all kind and hospitable. They were kind enough to allow us to check in early since we were too exhausted from the trip. They were able to provide recommendations on places to visit and places to eat at upon check in. Wifi was not too reliable but other than that, the place was clean including the bathroom, air conditioning worked well, and parking was right in front. The tourist spots were in walking distance but we opted to use tricycles. Overall, we were impressed by this accomodation. Oh and they offered free breakfast which was another plus.
