The TV never works. Also, I understand that there’s roaches in this area, but nobody told us that also never told us the toilet were able to flush tissue. Originally moved out reserve room, said it was an upgrade. Also, the front door had problems unlucky which kept us outside for periods of time. Not happy with this place

The condition of condo hotel it’s really not good. The toilet it’s not clean .and the sofa it’s really not good. And theirs is a lot of cockroach.and door to the bathroom you can can’t even close it.if we try to close it it might fall down 🙃.

The condo was dirty, there were roaches, mold in the shower, furnitures were different parts of other furnitures put together. The contact person argued about leaving 4 towels when there was clearly only 2 in the room and when 8 asked if they can bring me the 2 towels needed, her excuse was they are out of town. The other person Galvin, did not even bother answering his phone. I called to let them know that I am checking out early due to the condition of the property, but no one has communicated with me regarding my refund for unused nights. I even went through hotels.com's CS, they also did not get an answer from the people manging this property. Stay away from this.

The property need to upgrade. It’s disgusting need pest control a lot of cockroaches. The blanket old and have a big hole the towel old, no hand towel toilet tissue. Tv not working the doorknob need to fix the cooktop look disgusting even the utensils. Be careful if you get this condo deal especially this property and be aware just the photos look good and you think nice especially the pool is not accessible you need extra fee to used.not worthed what i paid. stay for 4 days. Hope the owner will look this and give and update be sure your clients will be appreciated next who can be stay. As you said im the only one complaining. I’ve been reviewing you had a lot bad feedback.

The communication was very poor with the lady who gave us the key. She didn’t tell me how to return the key and ask if I have any concerns. Room is good no problem but there’s 2 roaches also that we found. Faucets are loose bathroom sink and kitchen sink. Tv is not working.

I love the cleanliness of the place and the water pressure of the shower which you can hardly find in settings like this. However, they need to put up blackout curtains because the place is too bright considering its a corner unit with extra window. Some people like to stay in bed late or sleep during the daytime. I also like that it's a walking distance the mall and church. Numerous convenience stores can be found downstairs. I'll probably book this place again in the future.

Owner was nice and personable, easy to communicate with.The room was nice and clean.

I loved how close it is to mall of asia, 10 minutes walk and you're already at the mall. Close to everything. Communication is so easy with the owner, very accommodating.

This property should be taken off the inventory. They are not properly set up with check in or have any contact person. My mother whom is an early person coming from the US, waited close to 3 hours to check in. They couldn’t get anyone to help or call anyone. They provided a number but it doesn’t work. This property should be omitted from the list.

Like close to the mall and airport. I don’t like poor service and follow up to action. I complain about to review the camera survielance from the driveway and along the lobby due to I lost my hand carry bag. Up to now there’s still no action from them. Its terrible.

Took us one hour to checked-in. Staff are not friendly. No hot shower. Only booked it because of the pool for the kids. Beddings and towels looks dirty and not washed. Definitely, we’re not coming back.

The place is very clean the pools are very nice staff very friendly room a little small but nice had a lovely time

Rommet var ikke rent. Rommet var utrolig lite. Det manglet håndklær + enkle toalett artikler som man forventer å finne. sovesofaen var helt opprevet og ødelagt. Bassengene var stengt. Dama som jobbet for hotels.com var lite imøtekommende og lite profesjonell både klesmessig og væremåte. gikk rundt i en joggebukse og t-sjorte. Ikke kast bort pengene på denne plassen, men velg heller et hotel.

I hope no one ever has to experience what I did... They advertise internet yet it is so slow (0.83mbps!) you can’t even watch a Netflix movie. They advertise a pool - there is a 150p extra daily charge to use it ... plus you have to walk to another building to get the permission slip. Cockroaches (killed 4-5 in my stay) No toilet paper No soap / shampoo No facial/hand towels Broken shower Now if you are ok with all these negatives here are the positives. Location is great all you need within 15min walk or 100-200 pesos of taxi ride The girl that assisted with the check in was polite ... but it’s pretty shameful the owner doesn’t put minimum effort into providing guests with a good experience. Yup that’s all I can think of! Quick note I ended up staying at the shell tower because the sea tower was even worse... Sum it up if I was offered this place again at half the price I would still feel it would be overpriced.

Check in took a while, waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes

Aircon is not in good condition Shower hose not working, no water at the shower, beddings, blanket, towels are so old, tiles near the aircon popping up.

BAD: photos posted are very misleading. room provided to us is definitely not on the photos. furniture was falling apart and mostly at the end of it's life. AC was leaking and flooding the floor and vents were broken, so prepare to have a cold floor and a warm room. Kitchen equipment and utensils are filthy, would highly suggest you bring your own. water flow at bathroom was weak. All amenities of the condo are not available to guests. the pool you have to pay a fee. Coordinator Mariz was very rude and did not explain policies, just shoved us in our room and happy to forget about us. she used at least 4 different phone numbers to reply back to messages. She also lied about "already coordinating with admin" a concern when admin was closed because sunday-holiday. No parking available! there is very limited street parking available which you'll have to pay about 300php for your 1 night stay GOOD: bed is a spring bed, and unlike most SM condos this one is not infested with roaches, we only saw one roach in the bedroom.

The AC is leaking, the couch is broken, and the apartment is dirty.

We have children and there was no rooms or units that were near loads of broken things not happy at all.
