a comfortable hotel that near airport and MOA. swim pool helps to release stress of hard work. Restaurant is not expensive. Air-condiitoner of my Lux-room seems smaller than it needs to be. we doesn't feel cool unless sitting face to air-con.

I did not like that i booked a room for two people, and they didnt let my wife enter the room at 4:00PM to relax there before my arrival late at night. Then she asked if she could stay in the lobby and wait, they wanted 2300 Pesos in security deposit first.

No continental breakfasts, but the service and people working here at every level made you feel at home and assisted you in everything you wanted to do!
No microwaves, televisions, showers, restrooms, painting everywhere just about, all in all requires some upgrading

This is not my first visit to this hotel. I always found it a comfortable clean hotel in the middle of chaotic Pasay. Their menu has changes, it was paper menu with good descriptions or pictures, previously . Now they changed it to an online menu, with little to no descriptions. If I was a local and knew all the local choices, I may not notice. I feel hotels should cater more to travellers than to locals though. Also, prices have almost doubled in the last 6 months when I was here last.
