Room 1615. Room door unable to lock. Told the receptionist to fix it but turns out nothing improved during my stay. So I stayed for 4 nights and the door was always unlocked when I slept.

We appreciate staff friendly assistance in getting another chair in the room and late checkout and also help for medication. Coro hotel is a friendly hotel and we love to come back again.

Very nice comfortable bed & room except for loud noises from traffic & other guests slamming doors. Room was very clean, enjoyed staying here. Friendly staff. I will stay here again when my wife & I are on vacation or business trip. I’m sorry that a nail sticking out of a chair in the restaurant pierced the skin on my wife’s leg the first day here. The hotel management only put a bandage on her injury. I feel like something more should have been done by management to prevent this from happening & to show their respect. If someone was hurt in my restaurant, I would at least offer them the meal to be complimentary rather than being charged.

Great friendly front desk staff. Very accommodating.

No hot water available in the morning, Had to keep calling the front desk each morning & they would send someone to fix. One morning, maintenance guy said the issue was the water heater was not working.

Staff was great & nice hotel. Hotel is not situated in a good area. Didn’t feel safe walking outside.

The check in and check out process is inefficient and takes too long. Even for pre-paid, booked online reservations. The Wi-FI is still problematic still and below industry standards. The bell desk, bag support and transportation support staff is a positive. Very helpful and friendly.

Aloha, I’m originally from Hawai’i and one of the things I love most about the Coro hotel is how hospitable all of the staff is, every time I visit Manila. I have many friends here in the Philippines and I frequently stay at the Coro hotel, and I love all of the amenities, the friendliness of the staff and its location. Coro hotel has really nice rooms, great sense of comfort and color and it will most likely be my favorite hotel to check into whenever I am visiting the Coro hotel.

Great location, well maintained. The room had a smart tv. I would stay here again.
