This place was amazing. So glad we moved.
We were meant to stay elsewhere, but due to condition of other hotel we needed another hotel.
Feels like a fancy hotel. There were a few small things that could have made the stay even better but little things like signage and housekeeping was a bit slow some days.
We went to use spa about 2pm, and no one was there, waited five minutes, then I went to room to call them, no answer. I called reception and they said they would check, still not sure. In the end we went to reception again. Turns out they were busy at that time, but a sign up to indicate this would solve issues.
We also ran out of toilet paper and that took a very long time to get replaced. Lucky they have extra toilets.
Other small nitpicks, they don't have a water cooler, only bring two tiny water bottles daily. They should be more water filters as there are no places close and they charge for water. Maybe also some black tea as well as coffee in room.
But pool bar was great, food was great, bands nightly were great. Pool area is amazing. Gym is good. We opted for breakfast buffet and that was also good.
Organised tour through hotel and that was really good also. Massage was amazing and very nice inside.
Really did love our stay there and didn't want to leave.

The dining experience is not so great. Restaurant Services are too slow and the restaurant staff are not accomodating. Took us 1.5 hour to get our order without any staff giving us update regarding our order. Restaurant side Needs to be improved.

staff very helpful, restaurant buffet breakfast and airport pick up service price reasonable. We are 3 persons, if go town, all driver said 40 perso /head. I alway paid totally 100 or 120 everytime. Good swimming pool for my kid, swim everyday although after join tour. Free wifi conpon at resort.

這次住四晚的是雙人房沒陽台被升級成家庭房（三張大床），感覺還可以。
飯店內部較老舊，沒陽台的房間有壁癌很潮濕，有放空濾機，但空間很大，床是舒服的～
員工很親切，記憶也超好，都知道我們是住哪間的客人～泳池很棒唷，建議吃飯出去街上吃，餐廳裡的很普通

房間內設備很好，空間也大，還有陽台，廁所寬敞，床舒適。缺點在於很容易在池畔、餐廳聞到周遭傳來的菸味。雖鎮上用tricycle只要花十分鐘，旅館本身附近沒有甚麼可逛的。

雖然離最熱鬧的街道有點距離,反而讓飯店有些意外的乾淨與安靜.飯店泳池很乾淨,整體設計也頗有度假風,搭車去街上也還算方便,是個適合度假的好地方.

飯店很新~游泳池是溫水的也很乾淨~房間是大床好舒服~來柯隆非常推薦這家飯店!!
餐點普通~不難吃.
缺點:搭VAN到下一家飯店才12公里~6人一台車收費高達PHP1000.實在太貴了!

Terribly disappointed that this resort would not provide my refund or even a partial refund due to cancellations of any transportation going to the island of Palawan because of an intense tropical storm Opong. All transportation to the island was shut down by the government. No sympathy whatsover. I wouldn’t recommend this resort at all to any of my friends or family here in the Philippines and abroad, sorry.

A very wonderful 3 night stay! Great entertainment at the bar and nice drink selection. Large cleaning rooms with beautiful view.
Water was nice and hot for a pleasing shower.
