The check in and check out instructions were not given. The unit has a lot of cockroaches. The towels are so smelly even the sink and kitchenette. There was no room male up even though I stayed for more than 2 days. The experience is not good and the unit is not right for it’s price. Thanks!

I am really satisfied staying with this place. Rooms is clean with fast wifi and kitchenware to used. Pool is big and cleans a free use of sauna and gym great experience with perfect city view definitely booked again ❤

Very late to check in and so early to check out , not accommodated, security also rude for temporary tenant.

This is my first time to experience cleaning fee without noticing the information upon booking. Normally, with my experiences in online booking, all charges are included upon booking and then later on upon check in, I was surprised that the care taker ask for the 700 pesos cleaning fee. We also notice that aircon is so weak and kitchen utensil are not complete.

The place is nice and we sleep well except for the smell I don't know if its air freshener. Maybe you can choose another scent like more calm scent. But the unit itself it's super nice and comfy.

Unit owner was not accommodating. They left us to the room and that's all. We also request for 1 hr extension but was declined. And with hidden charges. 650 cleaning fee, too much for a small room

The stay was great. The room is great. Everything was in place.

Minutes away from glorietta and Greenbelt. Just across waltermart and Don Bosco Church. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was good, got a sofa bed. A home away from home. 😊

Good enough for couple. Accessible and near stores. 👍However, I find the cleaning fee of Php700 a bit expensive especially for just a short or overnight stay only. It is also not mentioned or included when you book. I was very surprised to see the additional cost when I received the Voucher. It should have been shown together with the rate per night.

So Bad! 1. Once you pay the bill, additional p700.00 will reflect in your voucher policy for cleaning fee. 2. Cleaning fee is not justifiable since the unit was so simple. No sofa. Old mantle and bedsheet. Bath towel is rugged. No other services or features in the room that will fit to the p700.00 cleaning fee. 3. The room attendant came late. We are diretly contacting with the owner. She said rubie will came once were at the lobby. It took us 40mins waiting in the lobby when rubie came. 4. The shower heater was not functioning. 5. The induction cooker was not functioning. 6. Not accomodating. 7. Sky cable does not subscribed. Basic channels are only accessible. 8. Wifi access is bad.

Bedroom very" dirty, I have to buy new cover bed just to keep my staying in here.

The location is good but the owner of the studio is not communicating with us. We waited 30mins to know what floor or unit we have.

When we arrived at the hotel, the guard on duty told us that we should just wait for the person who's going to check us in the morning about extending it until 6pm (We arrived at 3am instead of 2pm since we went to company's Christmas party). So we waited. When the owner (I think) arrived, she mentioned that it's not possible to extend since she accepted new client that will arrive at her condo at 2pm. We were told that the guard on duty is not responsible for decision making. It should be here. We should have contacted her. But no one gave the owner's phone number to us so how can we contact her. There's a big miscommunication here and it was very inconvenient for us. When we woke up at around 9 am, we did some groceries so our food will be enough until 6pm but that did not happen. We still left the condo since we don't have the choice to extend. I need a compensation for this.

There was no breakfast food served but since it was stated in the voucher that there was no food included, it is fine but the room was very nice and clean. everything was very presentable to the guests. We enjoyed it.

Great location. Clean room. Good amenities. The only bummer is the cleaning fee of Php 700. It should just be added to the total charge of the room in the app.

I wasn’t able to stat because the aircon is not working properly. When we reported it to the owner, no option was provided except for cancellation. Imagine we’re already at the venue, about to check in, only to find out that the place is not in good condition. It ruins all our plans for that day! There was no attempt to help us. The owner was impolite. Very poor experience!!
