Room was so old dates tired and full of cockroaches! Don’t stay in this property is my advice… one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in and I travel regularly and only write a negative comment when deserved… I stayed at Savoy hotel
Down the road a week later and that was excellent and highly recommended. Not the C Suites…

部屋は広くて清潔で申し分ない。大きいので結構歩く。
シャワーの根元から水が漏れるので残念だった。
TVの使用の仕方がよくわからなくてスタッフに聞いてからは使用できた。レセプションが隣で分かりずらいが、反対の隣がスーパーマーケットなので便利。カップルや家族向けだと思う。

Sadly the shower didn’t have hot water and was slightly broken, we reported it but wasn’t really fixed. Location is decent and safe, pool was really good despite only getting 2 hours per day to use it

Too expensive same apartment are way cheaper.
And they charge you 2000 php (32 euro) if you stain one towel. Room completely empty no kitchen ware inside. If you wanna use the washing machine they charge you extra.

Very nice pool - Great view from balconies! Good location for coffee, groceries and dining.

Cockroaches and ants in the room. Toilet didn’t work. Washing machine didn’t work. Water from shower was brown. WiFi was intermittent and incredibly slow. Cellular service in the rooms is equally poor on globe or smart networks. Highly suggest avoiding at all costs. Feels like a slum on Newtown Blvd. Surprised I didn’t get bed bugs.

Everything was good. the person responsible for giving us the beach voucher was rude, unprofessional and argumentative towards me my wife the lady from Csuites refused us a pass ruined the entire stay. I would never stay in the hotel again and next time I'll go to Savoy. They should not have someone with such low intelligence talking to anyone about anything get him a helmet and keep idiots from behind the counter.
