First day, cockroach in the bathroom, asked to remove and did not happen. Second day, nothing is done , bed not made, no cleaning, no new towels. On the third day after I brought that to their attention they finally cleaned the room, during the last night a lot of noise from kids in the corridor, all in all better look for another hotel.

Location is good. Aircon is not cold I took my short off to ease the heat. No wifi in our room. Wifi is available only in the lobby.

The hot shower didn't function. Too noisy at night due to the on going parties in their conference lobby area.

Shower and hot water was not good. Then in the morning moslem guest were unruly in the lobby. But i enjoyed their breakfast. Overall it was just ok but not satisfying.

I was left hungry in the morning, we thought breakfast is inclusive to the price as of the complimentary according to website posting. No hotel directory available, luckily we guess 0 is the most default number for front desk. We suggest if any modification on the electrical installation of air-con aside from common on & off please label the magnetic switch with instructions for convenient turning.

The room is neat and clean. AC is working fine. H/C shower is working too. Soap was provided (no shampoo). Location is convenient and parking was not so difficult.
