Clean room, helpful and attentive staff. Delicious food, and very nice staff from security, front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping. Thank you for a wonderful vacation experience!

The best most streamlined FAST check in ever. SO PREPARED! I am replacing my regular Cebu hotel for this one. Plus it’s closer to the airport. The attendants at the door are the most efficient and helpful.

Room not totally clean ..have kitchen but cant cook

Staff were very hospitable and responded to all of my requests. Free breakfast was decent. Location is so so but easy to grab a taxi if needed. Facilities are a little dated. Hot water was intermittent. Safe was broken or reset twice during my 3 day stay so had to call often to retrieve my valuables. I would stay again if I caught a deal and for short stay.

Om jag kunde ge servicen flera stjärnor hade jag gjort det. Helt fantastisk personal. Men rummet är inte helt ljudisolerat.. vaknade varje natt av hundar som skällde väldigt länge och flera gånger om natten. Men det stoppar oss inte för att komma tillbaka

Allt var bra förutom 2 grejer som kunde göras bättre. Vi hade vattenkokare och koppar men ingen kaffe, det fick man hämta färdigt kokat kaffe i restauranten, bättre med lite kaffe pulver på rummet. Bara en liten detalj Aircon gjorde jätte mycket väsen, tyvärr.. fast där stod att det var ljudisolerad.. nja.. inte från skällande hundar mitt i natten i alla fall. Men personalen och maten var helt i top. Och därför återvänder vi helt säkert.

Staff are amazing. Shower rooms are outdated and safe is old. I felt unsafe using their safe.

The staff ! Alma and April (front desk) along with Jemmar (security) where excellent at there jobs ! Jemmar helped in so many ways it made a big difference in the outcome of my stay ! Hats off to these people ! The buffet workers were also so friendly and always with a smile! I always say your first impression is a lasting one ! And they nailed it ! Will be returning in December her ! 😀

Dohera is accommodating. Added additional room at 1 am and the receptionist provided excellent service. My only hope is they will provide better bath towels. Bathrooms seem to be outdated especially the shower handle.

We enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great value. Would stay there again.

We were taken advantage of from the laundry person. But everything else was great. The room was nice. The breakfasts were amazing. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Great value. Staff were super friendly and helpful... always greeted with a smile and kind word. 5 Star staff in a 3 star hotel. No real complaints. Now we are back home again in the states, we miss the staff and the yummy food they served!
