Very professional and courteous staff, special shoutout to June. No problem finding airport shuttle. I would stay in Dolce Vita Hotel over a major brand any time.

The amazing staff stood out the most: they were friendly, polite, respectful, and helpful. However, I have two criticisms that should be addressed: 1) The bathroom showerheads need to be thoroughly cleaned. The limescale build-up was very noticeable. 2) I decided to stay at Dolce Vita because they had a gym. However, upon inspecting the equipment in person, it was found to be rusted, dirty, and in poor condition. I strongly suggest replacing everything and maintaining the equipment regularly.

Airport shuttle very good but unfortunately not available before 0800. Food in restaurant is good and reasonably priced. Breakfast pretty good but varied in quality depending on who was duty cook. Location is quiet and convenient for airport and local trikes can take you into town and the baywalk. The hotel staff were great, the room was clean with impressive spanish decor. our stay was very pleasant. Can't fault this place.

Dolce Vita is a beautiful property with large clean rooms. The pool and restaurant are excellent with good service. Food was very good and the pool was cleaned daily. The location is very close to the airport with SM mall and other restaurants nearby. I gave 4 stars and not 5 only because of 2 negatives. First issue we had was with the wifi not being so reliable in our room. Also the road and surroundings leading to the hotel needs improvement. I would still stay here again b/c the price was so reasonable and hopefully the wifi gets rectified.

we stayed for 2 nights, convenietly close to airport and they provide the shuttle.

We stayed in a large room that can sleep up to 8. It was spacious but the hot water did not work and WiFi was non existent. Workers were friendly and helpful except for the person who worked in the breakfast area. We ordered for our breakfast to be ready by 6:30am. We got a call that it was ready at 6:20. We arrived to the breakfast area around 6:45 to find our food uncovered and laying out on the table with no fans to keep the flies/bugs away. The person behind the counter seemed upset because he did not smile nor respond to any of us when we said good morning and apologized for being late. After we started eating, he walked away and we were left alone for 20-25 minutes. The alley way to the hotel was dark and scary. Only plus was that the air conditioner worked great.

We enjoyed our first stay so much, that w rebooked for our one night return before leaving Palawan. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

This is a very cool place. Every room has a courtyard entrance and the yard is excellent and well kept. It's a 100 meters from the road so there's no vehicle noise. Staff is attentive and very friendly. Breakfast is fantastic. Thsi is truly and oasis in Princesa

Looks much better in person than photos on website. Clean rooms and facility, staff is friendly and provided excellent service. Would definitely return again as we enjoyed the casual, authentic feel of the mini resort. The roosters at property next door were loud which we were amused by at first and quickly learned to tune it out later. Excellent breakfast too.

Beautiful hotel with a great pool, free airport shuttle and wonderful rooms. Breakfast included and also have a place to workout.
