The hotel is not easily accessible because the access road towards the hotel has been blocked by the owner (according to them). But that was not much of an issue for us. What was really disappointing is that the hotel did not check their Traveloka account if there are bookings so when we arrived they had booked all their available rooms. They had a spare room which was not for rent at the moment since the television/cable was broken. We were really tired so we had no choice but to accept the room.

The staff were so accommodating and polite. Service was excellent! They’ve arranged everything for us, from tours til service to airport. We’ll definitely be back

We stayed for 3nights! Super bait nila kase they allowed us to transfer into another room which is just beside the beautiful white sand beach!!! 😍 Free breakfast is reasonable and they allow for an earlier serving pag may island hopping kayo ng 5 or 6 in the morning. The room is nice except sguro sa shower nila it's not working and medyo matagal bumaba yung tubig but all in all it was a great stay! The bed is comfortable and the aircon is properly working. :) They also offer free hatid sundo since yung daan is not accessible by car or large vehicles. You can call their frontdesk para masundo kayo. :)

Mahirap ang daan at wala sila restaurant.

Perfect for those who wants to have a peaceful getaway. Staff are accommodating and the place is really affordable.

Hotel rooms--Not good. In front of our room are pile of (damage?) wooded chairs and tables, unserviceable wrecked mini truck, and lots of unknown garbage. Resort service tricycle--Terrible. Not reliable with pickup and drop off time. If you are particular with time, don't book them (Guests' service car cannot go directly to the resort, the guests has to be picked up by their tricycle) Breakfast--Just ok. 1rice, 1dish (processed food), 1 egg and instant coffee/chocolate drink Beach shore--Just ok. There were some garbage in their vicinity Beach--Very good. Low-tide (good for my kids). Sand is very fine and the water is clear.

Bait ng staff. Ganda ng view, sana sa pagbalik maaus na ang daanan pero okay lng my sumusundo nmn, recommended.

Perfect place for some chill and quiet!

No access road, guest must walk from the shore, maybe 300m to 500m from another resort. If you have your 1 week things for a vacation and coming from the airport and walk in sunny weather in shore. It feels su**. The beachfront is really good white powdery sands. They don't offer foods, only breakfast. You can eat lunch or dinner with other resort with a little bit pricey.

The room is cleaned very relaxing, our room is near to the beach that what we love because its very relaxing for us. Though the road going to the resort is bumpy but after all it was good experience for us. I love also their typical breakfast even though they serve plain rice instead of plain rice for breakfast.

The place is so nice and beautiful. Perfect to relax your tired and stress mind in metro.

Perfect room and nice staff. Even if the location is not that accessible their willing to offer a free motor transfer. We are satisfied in the accommodation, view and it was really beachfront resort. 😄👍😄

The location of the resort was kind of hard to reach since the road that was supposed to be where the vehicles pass through was already closed by the owner, according to the driver we hailed. We had to walk across the shore for 20 minutes to reach the resort which was really inconvenient since it was raining that time. The resort was peaceful until they had to set-up sound system because of a group/company outing happening beside our room. Room was okay, considering there is an air-conditioner and reliable TV reception. The comfort room is wide enough but the water is slow-flowing. We love walking at the shore even though the weather was not okay. We ate at the nearby resort where there is a restaurant with descent meal. The only thing I regret was the Dumaluan Beach itself. There are so many seaweeds along the shore that are not removed by the staffs of the resorts established. The water is clear though, but we were not able to find a spot to stay because of the seaweeds.

We booked here on May 23, 2019 for staycation by today, May 25, 2019 but concierge inform us during our check in that our name wasn’t book, ours are not on the list yet we already paid by May 23. We were given a room at BB family room, a nearby room from Dubay beach resort but we are not satisfied, due to these problems: 1. Poor signal connection-phones 2. Aircon does not cool 3. TV not functioning 4. Vehicle park unavailable 5. Far point for beach area. Hence, we would like to be rebook to another accommodation with price rate same as Dubay beach resort and fits our satisfaction please. Our needs are these: 1. Good signal connection 2. Beach accessible 3.Vehicle park 4. TV and Aircon good function We badly need our problem to be solved today. Thank you.

The place is awesome with great beach front cottages. The staff are very accommodating too. Hope they can have their own restaurant.

Mabait at accommodatating yung staff. Lalo na na cancell flight namin last November last minute ko na silang na inform, nagamit ko pa rin last Feb yung voucher. Maasahan tsaka madaling mapakiusapan. Malinis din room nila. Inavail ko din walang ng breakfast peru nag serve pa din sila the second day 😁. Advice lang para ma improve. Yung T. V walang signal. Tsaka wala na yung parang platform na tambayan sa harap ng beach mismo. Sana gawin at improve nila yun. Accessible din, pwede dumaan sa dumaluan kaso pag labas mo. Magbabayad ka ng 25 sa dumaluan for entrance fee every day. Overall maganda. Thumbs up sa mga staff. 👍
