Dusit Thani is a modern brand of comfort and luxury; I have stayed in their hotel in Makati, and they did not fail to deliver high quality service and hotel amenities in their Davao property; deluxe room was spacious, clean and well equipped with room features such as coffee-making machine, big-sized safe box and high-end toilet and bath amenities; we had cocktails in their podium bar, and it was a good and wholesome concoction; I will not hesitate booking this property again in my future visits to Davao.

The staff was courteous, the food was mostly good, except for their adobo which tasted a bit too different. But the cleaners sometimes either brought blood soaked sheets or didn't change them at all. We knew they didn't due to the blood stain. That and few things missing from the usual supply they change. Oh and my wife says no rice cooker, 5/10 due that.

The rooms were clean but a little bit old. The dishwasher didn't work and the floors and carpet looked a bit old. However the amenities and the staff definitely mad up for any room issues. Its a beautiful property and I would definitely stay here again!

Really nice hotel, staff are amazing, bed was best ever and the dining was great. The gym is a little limited and could use a squat rack or some olympic weights but tge trainer Vince is awesome. Definitely would recommend. I stayed 3 noghts and enjoyed them all.

Dusit is perhaps the only decent hotel in Davao city (excluding Samal Island) that is newer and could arguably claim a 5-star rate.
My issue remains the same as per my last stay in this hotel in 2024, that it is not clean on the exterior structure. My unit has a little patio that I never accessed for 6 days because it was riddled with bird droppings all over and the windows is smeared with it.
Window covering looked dirty as well.
Again, it could do better..
