Really nice hotel, staff are amazing, bed was best ever and the dining was great. The gym is a little limited and could use a squat rack or some olympic weights but tge trainer Vince is awesome. Definitely would recommend. I stayed 3 noghts and enjoyed them all.

Dusit is perhaps the only decent hotel in Davao city (excluding Samal Island) that is newer and could arguably claim a 5-star rate.
My issue remains the same as per my last stay in this hotel in 2024, that it is not clean on the exterior structure. My unit has a little patio that I never accessed for 6 days because it was riddled with bird droppings all over and the windows is smeared with it.
Window covering looked dirty as well.
Again, it could do better..

Average rate overall. The breakfast buffet and Madayaw cafe buffet dining were subpar. Not worth for the price paid - few options and food wasn't even that good. There was also some spots with water dripping from ceiling from condensation and staff just shrug it off when we complained and one of my family members had to move staff didnt even help. Overall underwhelming and not worth coming back.

Great costumer sevice and the staff was so nice, respectful and helpful. They deliver the things you need to your room quickly. Always come back to this place when visiting davao. The hotel is very clean and smells good. It is near to the mall and restaurants.

I did not like how the pigeons fly around everywhere and drop poop/pee especially in the pool. And the hallway of floor 12 smelled like rotten eggs that slowly sipped in the room every time you opened the door. There was no direction from staff on how to get to our room.
