27樓房間水壓不足，洗洗到一半完全沒水，等5-10分水才來，真的很無言！ 空調很強，附近吃東西很方便，服務尚可，沒有吹風機，價錢便宜，空間大小尚可，乾淨舒適，以上很多優點都不能抵銷沒有水這件事！！！！！？第二晚有幫我們換26樓的房間，水壓狀況有改善，如果我入住就是26房間可能心情會好一點。

房間乾淨明亮，對外景色非常好 水壓及熱水供應不穩、沒有提供牙刷 游泳池很棒，以這個價而言已經很不錯了！

地方宽躺，对外境观开揚，房间排气有点不好的味道及有蚂蚁这方面待改善，工作人员態度有善，位置出入方便，附近有超市，买水方便。

Good: 1. Room is very clean 2. Good location with a supermarket downstair and restaurants surrounded. 3. City view is nice Please improve: 1. they don't offer hair dryer which is really unconvenient for travellers 2. the water in shower room is super weak 3. can easily hear someone's talking or walking outside, and also the sound from upfloor 4. ront desk staff keep laughing when doing our checking operation. Not profession and not helpful at all. 5. Wifi is fake in the room, even no wifi and signal in the lobby, you may need to go 7F to call a grab then go down and wait for your kuya.

飯店位置靠近圓環，店家林立，附近機能便利，接待入住人員親切有禮貌，房間內地板不是很乾淨，需穿拖鞋，房內無吹風機可使用，淋浴水量忽大忽小忽冷忽熱，房間風景很棒，但該側日曬嚴重，需降下窗簾比較舒適

非常喜歡，而且樓下就是超市非常方便，房間很大很乾淨，泳池也很漂亮！

地點算不錯，步行周圍有很多吃的，床也很舒適很軟，但是洗澡時要留意熱水很不熱，然後最不方便的是沒有吹風機和沐浴用品，有向櫃台反應但沒有得到解決。然後check in和check out的時間非常久，千萬不要太快叫車不然會讓司機等很久。

The check-in time starts at 2pm, we arrived at 2:30ish but the room is not ready, and we waited for 25 minutes or so. Room is nice but a bit small, restroom is small and with no supplies, which is fine. Location is convenient, as Robinsons Mall and supermarket is in 5 minutes walking distance, and with lots of local food nearby.

Check in was done by kids because it’s a condo block with hotel on the side I found out it was Chinese owned so that explains everything really low standards alround the best part was the pool but the room was definitely not like the photos and I upgraded to premier room just run down in general there was a bucket in the shower to catch dripping tap the balcony was dirty and TV was a joke the cable box had 5 channels which took half a hour to find wifi was kept cutting out and was like dial up in the 90’s the staff where lovely though as for the surrounding area home everywhere drug addicted homeless beggars asking for money every couple of hundred metres was off putting even though I’m 6’2 and black belt in 2 martial arts definitely would not recommend single women or men to venture into the back street alone drop a few extra bucks on somewhere better and closer to town the whole building it old

I liked that the hotel was connected to a mall. So grabbing breakfast in morning was super convenient and it also had a grocery store in the basement which was nice. I never went up the escalator to see what was on the upper level though. The staff was very nice as well. I went with friends and two of us had little bugs like maybe ants in our room. The shower wand handle was broken and water drainage in shower and sink weren’t up to par. Decent for price I suppose but would look for something else if I came back to Cebu.

The shower is slow.

Broken shower with no hot water that i have to use a bucket in taking bath. They have a kitchenette, but its useless as sink faucet doesn't work and there's really nothing in there.

Facilities are the worst. There are no amenities at all.

Städningen var ej bra, hittade ett par gamla dammiga underkläder i hörnet av diskbänkeen. Myror i kök och badrum och avloppet i köket stank fruktansvärt

The Front Desk Supervisor or Manager scolded her colleague in front of me. She should not be doing that in front of a customer. Overall, the place was clean, affordable and quick service response. I would recommend this place.

cebu city.. there a many hospital ambulance. and police car siren. so i didn't sleep well. also wifi its sometimes no signal.

I booked a room for twin bed good for fax. They have confirmed my resewrvation. What was given to us is a small room with two double deck beds I suggest the CR will be equipped with a bidet hose to save tissue paper and for sanitary purposes

友達と旅行で利用しました。ホテル内にスーパーやカフェ、フードコートもあり便利。歩いてすぐセブンもあります。2階では日本円からペソへ両替も出来ました。部屋はシンプルですが寝るだけなので十分。26階の部屋からの眺めはとても良かったです。シャワースペースは狭い。タオルは交換してもらえないので希望であれば言ったほうが良いかも。ホテル前からタクシーはつかまりますがロビーで呼んでもらった方がグラブタクシーを使ってくれるので安心ではるかに安く済みました。アヤラまでは渋滞しているので大体20分くらい、空港までは1時間半見たほうが良いです。

The location is fine and the price is also affordable. Staff is always kind
