The staff weren't the friendliest, I felt like an inconvenience when I turned up. The TV screen was damaged and I tried to inform them and got no reaction. The bed wasn't very comfortable either and the pillows offered no support. I personally would stay elsewhere.

Do not stay here

Stayed two nights with my baby and kids the hotel was extremely dirty. Every single space was dirty as if the room had never been cleaned. Layers of dirt all over the room. I got my friend a room and she had the same problem. We both had trash under our beds you could tell that the bottom of our beds had never been cleaned. The pictures online look nice but that’s not how the hotel looks it’s super old and dirty. We paid a lot of money and it wasn’t even worth it. They charge for everything. My friend requested a small bed for her baby and they gave her a mat and she also requested two pillows. We had to pay extra for bed and each pillow. I also wanted two extra towels and had to pay money for them I would not book here ever again. Not a safe place if you have kids.

Love close to downtown and hot water. Bad thing this time I seen bugs in the room.

I called the property to make sure they are wheelchair friendly. They said yes since they have elevator but they didn't mention that there comfort room (CR) was on another level of the room. Hence, it was difficult for our elderly who needed to use the many times the CR.

Nice quite place near shopping and the arts I need to visit for my business

A clean hotel in a good location, but no electric kettle in the room as advertised and only 1 key per room

The place is excellent.

Priced very reasonable and conveniently located in the downtown sre makes this one of my favorite hotels to stay at. The staff is fantastic and always friendly and accommodating.

I required an early check-in and they took very good care of me. The staff at this hotel is very polite and friendly and do all they can to make you feel comfortable and important.

The staff at this hotel is excellent and always very accommodating. The only issue I have is they really need to fix or upgrade their tv's. They either have bad reception or little yo no volume. Small issue, but overall the hotel and staff are wonderful.

The location was conveniently near the downtown area with plenty of restaurants to choose from and right beside the SM Mall. The hotel staff was extremely nice, polite snd accommodating.
