The room is very relaxing fit for my work staycation.

The accommodation that we had is fast as flash, we ahd a memorable stay!

When we got there, the room assigned to us has defective AC so we were transferred to other room after 15mins but still the AC is not satisfying. Hot water in the bathroom is under maintenance. No tissue inside the room. The breakfast time we chose was 10am but it arrived 1045am (we followed up several times). Worst experience I had with all my travel journeys.

Suggestion to the front desk when someone went their please entertain because I experienced when I reached the front desk the 2 last keep on talking not even ask me mam may I help you.

The room is big for us which is ok but it doesn't smell good. The Aircon is leaking. The bath tub doesn't have Stopper. The complimentary water is incomplete and the overall service was terrible. We had to follow up and call Front desk (who doesn't care at all and just always saying the standard "sorry" but sounded like they're not) many times and took hours before they provided the service we needed like the water and the stopper. The breakfast was set to 9am but arrived at around 9:40am.. They don't respond right away. It took them so long and the front desks ladies were not friendly and accommodating at all.. Very disappointing..

Room is dirty. Hot shower and air conditioning unit malfunctions. Breakfast is unappetizing. Totally not recommended.

No tv remote control, no door mat outside the rest room, other pair of the slippers is torn, breakfast is not being served on time.

I stayed for 4 nights and it was good. Clean and comfy bed, descent bathroom and room size. My personal requests was attended to before booking the hotel and it was great. (I was preparing for a major exam). Place is quite strategic as well. The only thing is. The food service. It was terrible. Need to make several follow ups despite of your preferred time of service, btw “food was awesome!” Nonetheless the place is highly recommendable, and I will definitely comeback.

It was a very good experience! Service can be improve if staffs will show more delightful in serving its guests.

The room and service are okay. Toiletries are provided. The restroom is good. Breakfast was served on time. However, the room itself and elevators smell of cigarettes. There is a sign that elevators are non-smoking area but it smells. Even we asked for air freshener in our room, it didn't really get rid of it.

The WIFI is so slow, no signal (globe) I can’t even use my data. people nowadays internet is life.

the hotel is nice, the problem is they gave us towels with stain and dirty, also we waited for the breakfast for more than one hour, also the utensils are plastic which is annoying, I hope you'll give me a coupon for this unsatisfactory stay, thanks

My stay was fine. No extra flying colors. But I was disappointed in hygiene of the accommodation perhaps? There's something smells in the linen or the bed itself? But I commend the food and hospitality of the staff.

Breakfast was served 30 mins late and still not yet complete wherein cold pancake was served 1 hour after without syrup and butter. Waited for another 30 mins for the syrup.

This accommodation is affordable but the service is not good. Upon entering the room there is no remote, so we called the reception for the remote but it never came. Then during breakfast the hotel stuff didn't gave us any drinks luckily we have extra water.
