東西放在房間忘了拿XD

1. noisy air-conditioner, which looked like a 20-year-old machine 2. inconvenient shower 3. samll and CRT TV, another aged equipments 4. heard sounds very like gun-shooting at midnight

the hotel room is big enough but the facility seems too old. the aircon in my room is so noisy for sleep. i have order the breakfast during booking but it seems not valuable and need to have additional payment again for buffet form.

The staff member we spoke on the phone didn't speak good enough English to understand our questions and request. So when we arrived the next morning, they didn't have a room ready for us. They had to 'upgrade' us to the only available room they had. It was a very kind offer, but it was a smoking room, which of course smells like smoke. (Although they do have non-smoking rooms/floors.) It's acceptable for a stopover as the location is good, just a few minutes walk from the Robinson's Place and Baywalk.

地点还可以,干净,只是有的的士找不着地方,机场黄色地士找得到的.

房间还可以，但是楼下太乱了

Flooded zone when heavy rains. Hope the new draining construction fixes the issues

シャワールームに前の使用者の髪の毛が残っていました。

立地が良いので利用をしておりますが、もっと安くなるとなを嬉しい 外観が結構・・・なので、 但しカジノ、日本料理や、KTV、ロビンソン、マックも徒歩で行けます

食事は頼んでないがいいがいいホテルえある

1階ロビーは広いし部屋も広いので文句はありません。

Always love staying here. Since my husband and I are dating. Now we had a 13yrs old daughter for the very first time we stayed here on our recent vacation trip which is June 4 to July 4. Still love the place so much! ❤️😊

Always my choice of stay whenever i visit Manila. Great location with the Casino across the street and the mall just within walking distance. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Been going there for years now and not looking to change.

道路側の部屋に変更になって、夜はうるさい。特に、向かいのカジノの入り口で、PM6時からPM10時まで、ライブの音楽のボリュームが高いので、寝ようと思っても寝れない。ホテルからは、苦情を言ってくれれば良いのに。

Kind staff But bathroom is not so good condition.
