非常非常喜歡這間飯店，雖然離D’mall有距離，但是安靜，舒適，泳池多到玩不完，飯店內接駁也幾乎隨時有，cp值高。是我們會想繼續來的一間飯店👍大推

服務很好也很親切，環境很棒，腹地很大，適合親子度假，只是園區內的交通巴士要等！很！久！ 浪費很多時間在等待!

早餐難吃,其它不錯。

除了無邊際泳池及私人海灘外，沒有其他吸引人的地方！ 服務人員處理問題速度消極且緩慢，從來不主動回覆我們反應的問題及需求。

入住當天剛好遇到長灘島電力供應有問題,所以渡假村啟動了發電機設備,但我們被安排到的房間剛好在發電機旁邊,check in時櫃枱也並未告知此情況。當我們進到房間時,發現整個噪音讓耳朵非常不舒服,尤其在浴室內的迴音更是連1分鐘都無法多待。不僅如此,我們家庭旅遊共訂了3間房,其中1間甚至冷氣是壞的,且霉味很重。打電話向櫃檯反應噪音及冷氣的問題,要求換房,他們說會來看,結果等了1個多小時都沒看到半個人影。後來來了4,5個人看冷氣問題都沒有被解決,其中1個還很瞎的說已經處理好了。從頭到尾都沒有飯店人員主動且積極的協助解決問題。再打去要求換房,告知我們希望3間房可以在附近,他們說只能幫我們換1間房,另外2間隔天再換。我們只好先換了1間房,讓冷氣壞掉那間的人先換。到了隔天都沒有人主動告知換房的事,早上去問,說要等下午check out的情況再告知,到了下午再去問,說沒辦法換鄰近的房間,如果我們要換,三間會在不同棟...而且,他們認為噪音問題已經解決了,因為只有第一天有啟動發電機...所以他們不認為我們有換房的必要。但我們因此,另外一間被迫拆另外一棟,從一開始我們都有提出希望在附近的需求。然而,這中間沒有任何工作人員主動來告知我們狀況,都是我們自己不斷的向櫃枱詢問。 我們第二天在門前掛了清理房間的牌子,到了下午4:00都沒有來清理... 最後一天因為早上6:00就要離開去搭飛機,無法趕上飯店的早餐時間。請飯店協助準備1人1份餐盒,他們告知只會有1個三明治,1個香蕉,1瓶水。因為同行有食量較大的男生,要求可不可以多1個三明治,他們也不同意。早餐飯店用餐是Beffet,為什麼帶走就只能給1個三明治?我非常不能理解！ 這裡除了無邊際泳池跟私人海灘吸引人之外,真的沒有其他可取之處了.... 連接駁車一天也只有三班可以去Dmall。

房間很寬敞，景觀很漂亮

This is a huge facility. My room was not very well maintained. The toilet seat kept falling off. I don’t know how they missed that. The rest of the room was nice. The restaurant staff were pretty terrible. At one dinner, my burger arrived 15 minutes before an order of fried rice. I was finished with my dinner, before my companions dinner even arrived. Staff training is at a pretty low level there. By no stretch of the imagination could this be a four star facility.

Great place for relaxation, and Staff are very friendly. Hotel is huge and has 3 different pools and private beach that was available. Looking forward on booking again with Fairways & Bluewater.

its quiet and less busy than beachside.. its a great place to stay when its not your first time to visit baracay.

Likes: clean and spacious room; courteous and professional staff; the private beach is phenomenal; shuttle service around the resort is excellent; great dining options within the resort. Check in was fast. Dislikes: gym is quite open for everyone to see you working out- no privacy; limited space in the private beach; for the premium price I’d expect premium bath towels and no washcloths provided. The foam party is not the greatest -it was super crowded. The spa service tho reasonably priced, the place doesn’t seem to be a place for relaxation-it was too dark of a room and again no privacy cause the spa is separated by a curtain so basically you can hear next door.

Stunning property! Great service and incredible food options. Private beach, pools were incredible, away from the hustle and bustle of big beach. Best snorkelling in a safe and shallow cove. If you’re lucky enough to stay here - do it! You won’t regret it.

The hotel has its on private white sands beach.. Employees were very friendly very nice , very accommodating, they have shuttle bus 24 tours, they have breakfast included every day...food were delicious

We absolutely loved our stay at Fairways Bluewater resort! The staff were so friendly & respectful, & got us a shuttle quickly to whereever we wanted to go. The room was beautifully decorated, soft beds & pillows, with modern bathroom & a big hot shower. The pools & spas as so relaxing & enjoyable with music, & tropical views. The foam pool party was a blast with music, & fire dancers afterward. The private white sand beach was so relaxing & beautiful with the teal water & lava cliffs & the infinity pool above has a spectacular views! The free breakfast was fresh & had a bountiful selection of everything imaginable. The restaurants serve delicious American & Philipine meals with live music in the evenings & the gelato & cakes are scrupulous! We highly recommend it!!
