Not booking this hotel again. Not a good place to stay and relax! Noisy, windows aren’t closing and your information aren’t safe either! Staff are nosy. Be careful!

Unorganized, dirty bugs are crawling everywhere in sink, wall, bed sheets. TV not working, Chinese word is everywhere. I’m not Chinese I can’t understand Chinese. Elevator dirty and annoying music. Too many little bugs everywhere. I would not recommend.

Ormoc can look a little run down, which is way only 4 stars for the area around the property.
Actual stay at the hotel was wonderful. Staff was kind and room was clean.
Overall, 5 starts. Would recommend.
