We only stayed here 1 night due to a flight cancellation. Small room, shower was good. Breakfast was good. Nice staff. Airport transport service was good.

Good hotel specially if you have flights to catch at the Matan Airport. Their transport service, which is included in the price, is excellent. The room is bit small but comfortable enough.

This is my second business trip in a month stayed at the hotel the experience was even better the second time

Staff were so friendly easy to talk to, quick and easy check in, close to the airport and free dropped off to the airport. The hotel is well maintained and clean.

Nice room, the only thing i would suggest is having more lights. Maybe a light around the mirror for ladies who want to do their make up. Breakfast was great. Everyone there was very friendly.

The staff, all of whom spoke English, was very helpful and welcoming. The facility was clean, but it is located on a major road. After about 5:00 am the noise of the traffic became very loud. So you have to plan your sleeping schedule accordingly. The free breakfast was limited on the selection. It was mostly Filipino food. This hotel is great if you want to have a more local environment as opposed to a tourist resort.

When I arrived, no one helped me with my luggages and no one was on the desk. I waited for at least 5mins then the guy came letting me know she was on break. I had to wait another 3mins. The place was awful plus the customer service was horrible. I will not be coming back for sure

It was ok

Felicity Island Hotel is located near at the airport with free 24hr shuttle bus from the airport to hotel and vice versa. Special thanks to Sir Efren Pecolados for picking up from the airport. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. However, room U15 is very noisy (barely asleep because of bags and footsteps passing), not sure if the linens were changed - glad it was a short stay, and the room smells bad.
