This place is in a perfect location. A hundred different places to eat within walking distance. I felt pretty safe walking around. Walked back from the Boulevard one night alone with no issues. Actually I felt safer than walking the streets of Phoenix or Minneapolis at night.
Cheap rates, clean rooms, good A/C. The port is super close. Staff is really nice and helpful. Security is great and always greets you. Opens doors ect. No complaints. This is my second time staying here.

This place is perfect for a one-two night stay.... Its very covenant if you have a car or a bike also for walking. The rooms ate quiet and they have HOT showers which seem hard to find in the Philippines... Its also a 5 minute stroll to immigration which is a GIANT PLUS!

We had a pleasant stay here. The room is clean and the accommodation is nice. I can recommend this to those who are looking for an affordable place to stay. It is more than what I expect. This is a place where you can relax and enjoy while you’re in Dumaguete. 🥰

Good location with friendly staff - the hotel is in downtown walking distance to fast food restaurants, bay walk, and siliman university. Just encountered a very minor issue wherein the keycard stopped working. However, the staff was able to resolve it.
