SMDC Shore 2住宅的Gemstone卧室

This is the second time I have stayed in GemstoneBR. I am so satisfied! This is definitely the best condo I have ever lived in in the Philippines! The rooms of both Makati and Pasay are very beautiful and clean. I will definitely come again!

Communication with the property manager needs improvement. The unit needs additional kitchen ware…toaster, pots, frying pans for basic cooking needs… boiling eggs, toasting breads. Better coffee cups will be great. Needs better bedding… ie. Comforters, bed sheets and pillows looks a bit old… Needs extra towels. Need iron, ironing board, for people staying for several days. What we liked… the location, safety, the front desk staff are helpful, convenience… shops, restaurants, transportations.

Clean room, helpful staff, kitchen with all utensils/cookware and fast internet.

The room was fairly clean but the owner was not nice at all. We texted her about the leakage from the washer which deliberately caused a whole mess, having my husband to be drying the floor every use of the washer. It leaked in the bathroom area leading to the main part of the living space, I constantly text her about the situation numerous of times, she then decided to send someone who NEVER did anything! The flooding was so terrible we decided to move out of the apartment completely!. We was also asking her for the internet which she turned it on for 1 day then we was disconnected for the remaining days of our stay. I don’t know why we were treated that way but our few days there was terrible and I think I should be refunded! She’s not a good host at all!!!! and by all means anyone who’s considering staying there should not!

Absolutely amazing Marissa was an excellent host we will be coming back again.

It was nice tho have and visit with family for the short days staying before their flight out.

Everyone told me Manila was dirty and scary, yet I found the exact opposite. It was really clean, there’s police literally at every corner, and everything was in walking distance.

Property had poor finishes very rough painting and loose tiles, hot water only available throught shower handheld not main one. Air con duct expose with rough patches. Communication very poor. Owner or property manager offered me a refund if i didnt post a review then backed out, they charge extra for the pool, please check the listing properly because it mentions extra charge but right at the bottom after showing pool and advertising the pool right on top, first time i see a hotel charge extra the guest to use the pool.i left after one day because poor Communication and no help from management.

Its good for a short staycation for two people. Two bed with refrigerator and microwave.The condos are not walking distanc to Mall Of Asia Unless you like to walked 15 to minutes with your google map. Its nearby to grocery and restaurant.

Great location close to all most would want easy access to airport great property and friendly staff

Near the airport and shopping centre. Most of all the area is safe.

Checked in last July 17-21, 2025,beddings and towels didn’t even change at all throughout my stay!

Everything was good. Host was very responsive.

Amazing place to stay! Will book again. It was so good I extended my stay!
