There's no swimming pool. Hotel is on the same building with Robinsons Mall. Hotel has an acces door at the ground floor going inside the mall. This is Hotel is budget friendly, bigger room, and restroom, with water station on every floor.

I always have a great time here. I do want to point out the on point services a general perfect attitude of the person that hosted me during check in. I think her name was Richelle. I feel bad for forgetting her name but she was stellar, extremely polite and the model of customer service I expect. Outstanding is this person. Hospitable, professional, and knows her job well. She deserves a raise. Please commend her on a wonderful job. Thank you.

There was No elevator service it’s been out of order for a while and I have to walk upstairs to the 4th floor. Terrible! I would not recommend to stay on this hotel.
