酒店位置不错，旁边就是罗宾森商场，另外距离机场和汽车站都不会太远，房间干净整洁

乾淨/安靜,,靠近購物中心非常方便!!

床和浴巾濕濕的，感覺很不舒服，浴巾微微的黃色，服務小姐借用手機卻忘了還要提醒她才記得，借用吹風機還多收了100P，感覺很差，唯一好處是近商場。

I always have a great time here. I do want to point out the on point services a general perfect attitude of the person that hosted me during check in. I think her name was Richelle. I feel bad for forgetting her name but she was stellar, extremely polite and the model of customer service I expect. Outstanding is this person. Hospitable, professional, and knows her job well. She deserves a raise. Please commend her on a wonderful job. Thank you.

There was No elevator service it’s been out of order for a while and I have to walk upstairs to the 4th floor. Terrible! I would not recommend to stay on this hotel.

Love you you’re not visiting your hotels that you could get us to use. Would you believe this hotel did not have a working elevator. The first floor room started on floor number four. This is the second time I’ve been misled by your company.

Elevators were not available

I guess through no fault of theirs the hotel was damaged by a recent earthquake making the elevators unusable. This meant that we had to walk up the stairs to our room on the 4th floor. As I am in the unfortunate position of having a painful left knee the climb up many sets of stairs was quite uncomfortable, luckily some staff were available to carry our bags up for us. The room was what we expected, quite small but we were only there for one night so it was adequate and the big bed was comfortable. Being part of the Robinsons Mall meant we were not short of places to eat and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We will probably stay there again sometime and hopefully the elevators will be fixed.

We literally walked into the mall, where the hotel is located and into the hotel and up into our room. With a 5 year old, 3 year old and 11 year old in tow, this Hotel is super convenient, just a short stroll from the bus terminal adjacent to the mall. Imagine being tired from travel only to walk right into your hotel room. This is why I choose this Hotel which is the epidemy of convenient. Its Clean, staff are friendly, and the over all experience is on par with any hotel. Was pleased with the ceiing mounted show head which gave us a hot shower with that rain experience. Thanks for everything Go!! This Juan is masaya!!

Shelf in room was very weak, cannot be used safely. Shower dirty. Nothing provided other than towels. Bed smelled stale. On flip side, staff was friendly and stored our luggage while we shopped in the mall.
