床和浴巾濕濕的，感覺很不舒服，浴巾微微的黃色，服務小姐借用手機卻忘了還要提醒她才記得，借用吹風機還多收了100P，感覺很差，唯一好處是近商場。

Shelf in room was very weak, cannot be used safely. Shower dirty. Nothing provided other than towels. Bed smelled stale.
On flip side, staff was friendly and stored our luggage while we shopped in the mall.

It's a clean modern hotel with no complaints about the facility or staff. I wanted a hotel close to the airport with a good bed and shower at a reasonable price. This property fulfilled all requirements and then some. Despite being close to the elevator the room had enough sound insulation that it wasn't a problem including the talking of other guests.
The only issue has nothing to do with the property, but something to be aware of. The local tricycle drivers are charging foreigners outrageous (for the Philippines) prices for short trips. Like I can get a bus ticket to halfway across the island prices.

Service by the employees was excellent , but the moisture and water in the hallway in and by our room was not good. It rained one time and we had moisture covering one wall in our room.

I always stay in this hotel whenever I arrived late in the afternoon or at night at the Butuan airport. The hotel is attached to Robinsons Mall, so it was very convenient to go shopping for groceries first and bring them to my ultimate destination,
