good--真的不錯--乾淨整齊

I was asleep and was awakened by cockroaches in my bed. Seriously. I was taken to another room, more cockroaches. I decided to leave the hotel at 10 pm to find a different hotel. My recommendation is to not stay here.

The AC feels like an ordinary fan, not enough cold to make people comfortable. Utilities like like soap and shampoo and especially towels totally need to improve

It’s a pretty nice hotel, not remarkable in anyway. It needs a little bit of maintenance, but it isn’t a dump. I would go back.

Clean and very helpful staff

Myself and my Wife were only here for 2 days its a nice area, overall verdict would be back again in future.

Terrible management and customer service nobody answers phone or reply to emails I try to rebook my stay for several days and couldn't get a hold of noone there Terrible experience

Clean, friendly and helpful staff and a European restaurant next door and other restaurants in the same area with good food. And a mall on walking distance.

Was okay for a night lay over .. not that clean, few coaches in the room I stayed at.

Great hotel. Second year in a row ive stayed here. There is NOT a mini fridge or a kitchenette, but the cheap eating options nearby and the fact it is in walking distance to the SM Lanang Mall makes it perfect. The staff is more than happy to help with anything you need. Everyone is super nice and friendly. Theres a smoking area down to the left of the lobby.

it's close to dining options, plenty of parking hotel is clean the only thing lacking

Aircon tooo slow temp is controlled

Can't get shampoo out of dispenser. No slippers.
