Hotels.com verified review

It was awful...some of the staff are unfriendly.Housekeeping terrible. I booked for family room with 3 beds then i asked for another bed. They gave us a foam bed on the floor, then we went downstairs for food. When we went back to our room we where all shocked because they changed that foam to a thinner one without telling us and they open our room not even asking permission.To think we were just downstairs eating.So we rang the reception and she said they gave us a wrong floor bed thats why they changed. My argument is very disrespectful to us that asking to open our room.For 3 nights of stay nobody asked us if we need new towels or we need our room to clean up. They gave us one tissue per day for 3 person...really. I will not recommend this hotel and i will not book on this hotel. It was a nightmare plus theres no lift. We stayed on the third floor.

I had an erroneous booking for a particular date. I came a week earlier and they won’t apply my paid booking on the date I stayed as walk in even if they know I won’t be using the paid reservation. That’s a rip off.

There were no windows, and I ordered a king bed but was given two twins. However it was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay
