This place is so convenient to walk to the beach from. The staff is super friendly, and especially helpful since I extended my stay twice after my flight got cancelled. They have a decent selection on their breakfast buffet and their pools are unique and has a pool bar included. I highly recommend to stay at Henann Park and will def be booking with them again when I’m back.

Extra person/ Child Policy: Number of persons included per room is based on the standard occupancy. Maximum of one (1) child is allowed per room. Age 0 to 4 years old : free of charge - sharing existing bed and meal. Age 5 years old and above, guest must contact the resort directly for extra person requests subject to applicable fees.
Room rate on December 31, 2025 stay date includes common buffet dinner for 2 persons and 4 persons for Family Room. Extra person should also pay for the common buffet dinner based on the prevailing rate. If number of guest is less than the standard occupancy per room category, 2 persons (or 4 persons for Family room) will still be charged respectively. Common buffet dinner will still be charged even if guest/s cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival or other reasons.

What we didn't like. The day before check-out the drain in the shower was slow. The weather is hot and humid and the shower is essential amenity. We let the staff know at about 3:30pm. Later we were said the drain was fixed, but unfortunately it wasn't.

The staff are very friendly especially Angelo and Ar Jay. They also are attentive to your needs and are always there even before you know you need something. The hotel is very clean and the pool is big enough for you to enjoy. Will definitely be back.

It’s a little noisy if you get the rooms with pool access and the rules are a bit too strict, but overall the stay was excellent.
Staff was awesome, food was delicious, rooms were very clean, amenities were great, and the beach is within walking distance.

The property itself is nice but their rules make it very inconvenient for those traveling with kids. As a family of 12 including small kids, it was too tedious.
1) their kids age payment ruling was very odd. Typical hotel standard should be 2 adults, 2 kids. But for you guys at henna, you only allowed 1 child, and even have to pay for the child and then the excess as an adult.
2) Not being allowed to eat in the rooms makes it very inconvenient. We eat out and have left overs but we become conscious and end up being wasteful because you don't allow food in the room. Especially Pizza.
3) your towel card policy is ridiculous. We came to have a vacation and enjoy time and not have to think so much about specific rules and regulations but you slap us with so much fees and fines - Including needing a towel card for each towel used. So we have to keep watching over our kids and the towels and where they are, etc.
Overall - it want a relaxing or peaceful stay (especially mentally) because we have to be so conscious staying with henann.
I do not recommend for those traveling with family especially kids or if you want to have a stress free vacation.
