Henann Premier Coast度假村

我們住家庭房，台幣一萬多元，房間很小，浴室只有一個，沒有浴缸，飯店新開，但還到處在施工，cp值很低

clean and comforable

La chambre est magnifique et le personnel vraiment très serviable. En revanche, certains détails ont gâché le séjour : les enfants ont été comptés comme des adultes pour le dîner, certaines facturations n’étaient pas justifiées, et au moment du départ, il faut patienter pour que tout soit vérifié avant d’avoir le feu vert. Pour un hôtel censé être haut de gamme à 200 € la nuit, ce n’est pas vraiment à la hauteur.

トイレの水圧がもう少し強いと安心ですが、その他は最高と言って良いものでした。

love the pool, very convenient in the evening if you like to walk to nearby restaurants, beach fronts has beach chairs and umbrellas, we enjoyed eating their sumptuous breakfast by the beachside cage, it’s far from the crown but still close to all the beach activities

It's clean and the Buffet Breakfast is Good!

Very nice place

Superb! The hotel is next to the beach, with clean white sand. The infinity pools is clean, safe, and has a nice view. And the food -- lots of options. And they are all mouth-watering. My family and I love everything this hotel can offer.

Staff are excellent. Brilliant service and Maica was great looking after us at breakfast. Hotel was a little noisy with lots of kids screaming and a lot of the parents were just as loud.

Like a cheap hotel - tea and coffee are really ordinary, everything is accounted and for a fee. We have stayed for 4 days and breakfast is almost the same everyday

Beachside

깨끗하고 조용하고 직원들 넘 친절하고 좋아요 기념일까지 챙겨 주셔서 넘 감사했습니다~ 수영장 많고 스카이풀에서 ㅂㅎ는 뷰가 아주 좋아요 아름다운 보홀에 멋진 리조트에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈어요

I hope the breakfast/dinner buffet isn't just an Asian Fusion, and the drinks should be included in the dinner buffet fee, like their breakfast, even just the pop and juice.

BE AWARE OF THE DEPOSIT!!! I was not aware after paying a fortune for the hotel stay that there was a 2000 php per day deposit required to pay upon arrival. I can with limited cash and there was no sympathy or understandinf about not having the cash. I therefore put this on my credit card and now subjected to international fees and currency fees. They assured me that this would be refunded upon check out back to my card. However its now been over 24hrs and the funds are still not back on my card, costing me a daily interest rate. This spoilt the start of my holiday and even tho the place looks amazing, it was just the experience of this and the poor way this wa handled by the receptionist. I then raised my conserns after leavinf about the funds still not being back on my card and now they are ignoring me and just keep telling me it will be refunded. I wont be using Henann ever again as in the all the years of holidaying, ive never left such a deposit its like £200 per week extra you have to budget for, usualy resorts and hotels simply ask for a credit card to charge should they need too. Poor customer aftercare.

Väldigt nöjda med servicen. Den enda nackdelen var att vi inte fick använda hotellets faciliteter efter utcheckningen i väntan tills vår transfer skulle hämta upp oss.
