The room is clean, the staff are very friendly, they always smile

maganda yung room, malakas ung AC, kaya lang madami ding ipis na maliliit siguro need lang mag pest control, pero pwede padin irecommend sa iba. . yun lang sana next time wala ng ipis.

Room is not sound proof, I can hear the noise from outside and the AC is too noisy asa well didint had a good sleep, no hot water and no hooks or anything to hang clothes 😡.

This hotel was in a good location but some services are unsatisfying... i.e., air-conditioned with very disturbing sound, presence of cockroaches inside room and cr.

Nakaka disappoint lang ang daming maliliit na ipis 🐞 kahit saang sulok pero kung wala yun ayus sana.

May ipis lng un rooms pero ok nman mababait un staff.

Room was cozy, shower was good, TV program had many channels featured, definitely a good place to stay again

We first thought that it’s much better than Hotel99 Monumento because it’s always fully booked. But we’re so wrong. The people there were not attentive and hospitable, I called them twice and wait for almost 1 hr to assist us because the remote control is not working, I ended up going at the reception and requested to change the remote control. And the breakfast is not served on time, what’s the used for asking me what time to served the breakfast when they do not follows it, we even call them twice or thrice to follow up our breakfast, we waited 40 mins to served it, We thought they waited for other orders. I’m so disappointed to Hotel99 Cubao It’s so far different from Hotel 99 Monumento.

Pinili kung room yung high floor at requesting for quiet room pero kabaligtaran. Ang aga aga plng may nagcconstruction sa taas sabi pest control daw. Next time inform nyo mga guest nyo ha. Yung cr nyo pa nagbabaha. Hindi pantay ang flooring. Tapos deluxe room ang pinili namin bakit yung room parang ordinary lang. hindi na kami uulet dito. Ang init pa. parang walang aircon. Nakatodo na ang hina pa rin.

I will give a 4-stars in this hotel. The ambiance is quiet good, the staffs are accommodating, the room is well-clean though the air-con is quiet noisy. Plus the hotel is walking distance to the malls and fast food restaurant and its internet connection is faster. My fiancé and I had a great experienced in staying here so I highly recommend this hotel to all hotel-seekers.
