Affordable, conveniently located, friendly staff. It was my second stay at this hotel and I strongly recommend it.

The location was awesome! It’s outside the coding area so it worked for us on Thursday of our trip and close enough that we could walk to Burnham park! Very convenient- would recommend

The hotel is very nice . But next to a very busy main road. I was told it was near to victory liner and it was not .

Neat hotel near the center of Baguio. All in all maybe not that special, but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. For the price definitely worth staying there.

No cold water, was a bit under maintained. However, the front desk person was nice.

The hotel is located at the intersection of two very busy roads so don't expect a lot of peace and quiet . After the first night I politely asked for a different room with a better bed . I was moved to another room but that bed was also of poor quality .

Need more cloth hanging facilities and able to borrow iron from Reception. I have recommended to Manager. We will stay again for staff and friendliness. Value for money

Generally speaking , the place is clean, the rooms are clean. The staff are friendly and helpful in general. The Front parking is safe for your vehicle. You have 7-11 right beside the hotel so you can have some of your food or other extra requirements from the store. Location wise I would say its not that far and not that near also from the Central part of the city like Burnham Park, etc. Overall from 1to 5 with 5 as the highest ,I'd give it a 4.

Was not advertised as “Boutique” hotel so has very limited amenities(one towel, no face or hand towels, 1 soap, 1 shampoo); 8 parking spots(1 behind the other); should be advertised “Free Parking if available”; Restaurant opens at 7:00 am, closes at 6:00 PM; Only one other restaurant nearby. Only Pros: It has hot water and super nice staff!
