Good for backpackers. The room was clean.

No soap and shampoo broken remote for aircon and has mosquitoes inside.

It was great for its price. We were able to book it lower than its regular rate through app which also comes with a free breakfast for the two of us. The interiors in the lobby and in our room, were fine. As for the location, we came with a car but if you’re commuting, it is very accessible since it’s located alongside one of the main roads of the city. However, the AC wasn’t working well. We already put the temperature to its coldest but the room is not cold enough - it’s actually a tad warm. Another is the shower, the water is not heating up. Well I am not sure with the other rooms but I am referring to room no. 5. Lastly, the front desk officer is poorly performing - not giving us a bad attitude but just not the usual smiling, approachable, accommodating front desk officer you’ll meet in some other hotels. To sum it up, I’d rate our stay 8/10 since the price really mattered. Haha.

The location is good. It's at the downtown area. Not too far away from the bus terminal. Best of all, it's the same building with the pet hospital, pet hotel and dog cafe. I love dogs. The interior is quiet. The room is clean and decent. The staff are friendly

The room is okay for the price. I booked twin room and it’s very spacious. The aircon conditioning and water heater works fine. It has cable TV but with just 5 channels. The only thing i don’t like is the bed because of the design of the bed frame it wobbles a little. And the design looks creepy it looks like a stand for coffin.

How can a 12 room, nice hotel with a good location be totally destroyed by a lazy, uneducated and uninterested staff? It looked good on the pictures and even when we checked in the evening. But the room had cockroaches, bathroom was filthy, we had to run around looking for staff to get remotes for tv and air-con. In the morning we discovered that there was no toilet paper. One hour after requesting for it the front desk woman stopped her movie with headphones on and went from room to room to look for some. But no luck in any room so she had to leave to buy some. She came back at 7:45 and informed that the included breakfast only was from 7 to 8am and not until 10 as she informed the evening before. Stay out! Not value for money!

Management and upkeep of the hotel is poor. Bathroom drain gets clogged. Front desk has no bell to call for the attention of the personnel on duty. Hotel service could use some improvement.

Location is good. . . But no personnel at the lobby most of the time. Serving of breakfast is late, dogs are barking @ night.

No front desk, guard on duty is at night time only, air conditioning unit is not functioning well, door knobs are not secured.

Great value for money! Room is big and clean with good air conditioning but no windows (glass blocks only). Ensuite bath has hot shower. Lavatory faucet needs fixing. Staff was friendly and easy to talk to but a bit undermanned as the receptionist also manned the cafe downstairs. My stay came with free breakfast every morning and they even brought it in my room. Very pleasant experience for those wanting to maximise on a meager budget.
