The location is good, the room is comfortable and clean, WiFi signal is good,the bath pressure is adequate, the front desk staff are friendly, next stay is the first choice.

住了4 晚，其中一晚，半夜三時 保安開了我門，而我下了防盜鍊，當時我正在睡覺，嚇了我，我以為打劫，及後 我作了 查證，他們酒店話誤會

飯店雖不新穎，但房內設備齊全，還有小客廳和廚具。 交通便利，旁邊有便利商店，走路5分鐘有shopping mall。 飯店服務人員服務都相當親切，不管是door man或餐廳服務。

The hot water had been terminated after 1:00AM although we have been moved to another floor on the second day. The service is good but we will not come again because of old facilities. It needs renovation.

it is 2nd time to visit Manilia. At 1st time, the hotel is near by, but not good at this one. The hotel is clean and quiet in the noisy surroundings. Robinson dept is near by, very convenient to shop and dine, we had our all lunch and dinner inside.

I have stayed in this hotel previously and so happy with my stay. area is good easy to walk to robinsons place and the different universities. I just wish they updated their bathroom to more modern facilities.

The buffet breakfast was very nice and delicious, but the room cleaning service/maintenance was awful. They removed items from our room without informing us, and covered it up by saying that the food item removed was nearly out-of-date. However, there were other food items with similar expiry dates on them. They also regularly overcharged for laundry, by either giving us inflated weights for our dirty clothes or claiming for stains where there were none. It was indeed very dishonest of them.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. We love it for its convenience and, most importantly, the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. The staff are always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We definitely will be back!

Overall as usual my stay was great! Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Though i had issue when i booked, again the breakfast buffet was impressive, the kakanin is good options to have. Though theres one thing that the property could check, the drain in the washroom has smell going on, other than that its been great! Would definitely stay again!
