Five-Star Review for Okura Manila
Okura Manila exceeded all expectations with its impeccable service, luxurious ambiance, and attention to detail. The rooms are beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. The blackout curtains ensured an uninterrupted, restful sleep, making it easy to recharge after a long day.
One of the highlights of our stay was the amazing breakfast—a lavish spread of high-quality dishes, from fresh pastries to perfectly cooked eggs and an impressive selection of Japanese and international cuisine. Every bite was a delight!
The staff was attentive and professional, always going the extra mile to ensure a seamless experience. From check-in to check-out, everything was flawless. If you’re looking for a world-class stay in Manila, Okura Manila is an absolute must.

The property is beautiful, the rooms absolutely comfortable & clean. What I was not impressed was the buffet offers, both in the morning & at night. Not a lot of selection.

If you are checking in here, look for Lia and Ken, though everyone is soooo nice. For housekeeping, look for Rose Dindin and Ever, they are the best!! They took care of me, my team and my family. I will definitely go back.

A bit over the top though
Big rooms where tech guys had gone overboard, light switches confusing, instead of just pulling the curtain aside you had to go looking for the curtain switch….

Rather disappointed with the stay at Okura Manila. Paid so much for the room nights with breakfast only to be informed that buffet breakfast available on weekends. Not that we need to eat a lot at buffet but at least we could have a wider selection of food like salad, etc. On Feb 17 (Friday) and Feb 18 (Saturday), no buffet too, only set breakfast was served. Food from the kitchen took a long time and there was lack of service staff; we had to get attention for coffee refill.

Excellent property but breakfast had to look around for wait staff way to long ....not 5 star service during breakfast which was Excellent but coffee refills and service comes around way too infrequently to ask if we needed anything or coffee refills...Not a Hilton level at all with service
