Nice hotel and accommodating staff who moved us from a musty smelling room. Just needs renovations and refreshening to their rooms.

Greta hotel. Very clean and great area. There is a mall right beside it and many restaurants

Best hotel in Puerto Princessa. Robinsons shopping mall ( locals mall) was literally steps away and a nice clean giant mall !! Breakfast was yummmy and staff was amazing . Pool And bar are also very clean and well run .

Hotel smells - musty mouldy and damp. Breakfast deplorable, pool area small but OK. Pool bar good.

Sadly this property has no proper Reception Desk - there is a table with two staff running around fiddling through guest registration papers to find yours. Have no systematic Filling system. Most disorganized reception I have ever come across a 4 rated Hotel. Rooms have tiled floors but no slippers so you have to walk around with wet feet once you get out of shower. Every request for assistance had to done twice !

Room was smelly and door was damage. To much noise all night long.

Hotel is nice and decently clean but the only thing is that the hotel is near to the end of town so if you planing a night in town it cost you a bit to just get from hotel to town or anywhere. But the hotel have a convenient mall next to it so if you missing something or forgot something you can grab it from there.

It’s not a hotel review Expedia messed up my reservation and they give you the run around to get the refund. I arrived at property and my reservation was canceled so I had to rebook a new room fortunately there was an available one.

Very friendly staff, the room was nice and clean.. Would definitely book again if I return to Puerto Princesa.

I would rate this hotel 5stars except the bathroom situation. I personally prefer to have the bathroom sink i side of the bathroom rather than outside. (Wash hands first after using the bathroom). Otherwise, our stay was great, staff very helpful, polite and attentive. Great breakfast buffet. I would stay here again.
