We called ahead after booking to inform the front desk of our expected 4:30 AM arrival from coming off the ferry from Cebu. We were happy to see someone present to check us in upon our arrival. Parking was on the street adjacent to the hotel with only a few spots available. Check-in was fast and we were told check-out was 1:00 pm. I think the hotel allowed us an extra hour due to our late check-in. Our room was on the 5th floor and not far from the elevator. The hotel presented very well. Everything was clean with no worn or damaged surfaces or finishes. The room was small as was the bathroom. I saw no sign of dirt or wear anywhere. The aircon comfortably cooled the room comfortably. By morning some noise from the street could be heard in the room but at a level one would expect being located in any downtown. As explained in the room description there was no refrigerator in the room. Check-out took no more than a minute and, as expected, our vehicle was just as we left it and we were ready to visit Ormoc's market.

Quiet room, comfortable , friendly staff. Food just around the corner ( food park McDonald) , short ride to SM or Robinson
