No window in the room & the bed slides away from the wall

Water shortage, no complimentary water/drink. Room's over fixed with chemical(s) that stayed for our whole stay which makes it uncomfortable to sleep

It's nice that people with a hearing impairment can work here, but it's less nice that the advertisement states a free breakfast. That is not true. There are also additional costs when paying online

Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist korrekt! Bei den Speisen muss man leider Abstriche machen, da nicht alle Zutaten zu den Grichten auf der Karte zur Verfügung waren! Dafür helfen die Übernachtungen dem Betreiber Gehörlose Menschen zu fördern und zu beschäftigen Sehr lobenswert

Restaurant was perfect. Personal was deaf but very friendly. Bathroom was ok but little old. But I would go there again

Modest price. Very clean. Excellent food. Quiet and off main road. They employ the deaf. Good choice for sleep and food. Is a good base from which to go out and enjoy activities.

Very quiet location. No other facilities nearby. Dining excellent.

Great people and purpose which is helping deaf people have jobs

Wir waren eine nach im Hotel auf der durchreise nach Camiguin. Die lage ist praktisch da es nicht weit vom Hafen entfernt ist. Die Zimmer sind klein was uns für eine Nacht nicht gestört hat. Alles war sauber . Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden das hotel weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful place, wonderful staff. We had to stay in Jagna due to the ferry being sold out, and this place was a great part of an otherwise unlucky situation. Would stay again

I thought the place was great value for money . I was just looking for somewhere to sleep for the night and found the place clean, comfortable and accomodating. I spent six nights there and the staff were wonderful. You just have to remember that some of the staff are deaf and dumb, so if you get ignored it is because they havn't seen you. I take my hat off to them for holding down good jobs which are probably in short supply.

Good is food and the staff are very good the rooms good

We stayed their for one night during our roundtrip on Bohol. Quite comfortable and had everything we needed! Thank you for everything.

Sov för första gången en hel natt utan att bli väckt av tuppar eller hundar. Mycket trevlig personal som var väldigt hjälpsamma. Rent och snyggt i rummet, skön säng. Snabb service med maten. Det bästa av allt att en del av vinsten går till utbildning till personalen som är döva och hjälp med husrum åt dom. Om jag skulle behöva ta en natt här i Jagna så skulle jag helt klart återkomma

We just needed a day room to catch a midnight ferry. The cafe's food quality was a very pleasant surprise.

Check in was not good, not friendly. Restaurant was very nice.Free breakfast was ok but not a big choice. No free refill of coffee.

We got in before heck in time. That was no problem for them. We got our room right away. The name IDEA Pension house stands for international deaf education Association. Deferent organizations helped fund its construction. Many of the staff are deaf. They did have Enghlist speaking ones that helped us. It felt safe with many staff around. There was a good variety on their menu.
