The hotel is equipped with spa and swimming room which is value for money. However, the room come with unpleasant smell and the bed is kind of dirty.
Front line staff and bell attendent are very helpful and approachable. They are exceptional.
However, the incident policy is quite confusing

Customer service was consistent and unrelenting. Only negative I had (mildew smell in room) was quickly addressed by staff with bio dome/atmosphere gadget. Had no issues afterwards. Recommend to any and all travelers. Spa treatments are fantastic!

The worse hotel in makati in value without a slightest doubt. The internet sucked all 6 days I stayed there, and it didn’t improve at all. The speed is that of the last century. Shameless to claim a 4/5 star hotel. The lobby is at most a motel level. The room service is so inadequate, you need to call many times to get what you need. Never again in this place.

Walking distast to night clubs and shipping malls.
