They failed to accommodate us. So that I decided to look for available room that day so that the kids will not get disappointed.

Hard to check In then we are entertained around 3pm but our booking is for 2pm

Worst service ever, wasted so much time waiting for the room until we found out that the room is not yet ready, should be 2 pm check in time but we entered the room around 4 pm.

My experience and review of azure urban resort residences normally. I don't find the need to put in the effort of writing reviews of hotels I go to, but this is different. Azure has been touted as a premiere experience, complete with a man made beach and a look designed by paris hilton herself. But, a warning to those who would want to book a room with the many brokers and such, set your expectations: azure is, whether as a tribute to its designer's supposed image or not, elegant but snobbish. It is, after all, a residential complex and not a hotel, so expect security measures to be different. However, here are some things I didn't like about our experience: 1. We booked a 1 unit (4 pax capacity) but there were 5 of us. The unit owner advised us to convert to 2 with additional charges. Upon arriving we were advised by the staff of the unit owner that 2 units were not available. She wanted us to take 2 separate 1 rooms in separate towers. However you can only visit another unit in another tower for a maximum of 2 hours! We asked if they can waive the visiting hour limit or let 5 of us stay in a 1 unit as we didn't mind being cramped together as long as we're all in the same room. No go on both. Upon hearing our complaints, she even told us that we can just cancel if we want. After I told her that our uberxl cost us almost 500 pesos she told me "hindi na namin kasalanan yun." she even had a screaming match with me, my staff and my girlfriend. One of us heard her mutter that our stuff were "hampas lupa" and she was belittling us for availing the "promo rate" (as if we'd ever pay more to go back there after our experience). We ended up booking with someone else on the spot. Good thing her boss, after apologizing profusely for her behavior, was willing to return what we paid so we have cash to pay for the room we decided to stay in. 2. Due to the delays and stress, we weren't able to enjoy our first night, so we decided to stay another night, we found a unit owner who gave us an even better deal. We were supposed to be picked up and escorted to another tower for our 2nd night and were waiting at the lobby of st. Tropez tower. The front desk asked us to stay at the "guest lounge." this lounge is anything but guest-worthy. Located at the basement! With monoblock long chairs and a baseball working aircon. I'd say the driver's waiting area in some malls are more classy than said "guest lounge" 3. You can't have friends drop by at all here. One of my friends wanted to hang out for an hour or so but got blocked at the entrance, upon getting a parking ticket and even inside the parking lot asking who he was etc. He decided to go home instead. Thanks for the effort though derrick. 4. Paying guests cannot access most of the amenities. The movie room, gym and game rooms cannot be used by non-unit owners. Even the lap pool is off limits. And you usually have to pay 250 for a pass that let's you use just the azure beach and pool (unless the owner you rented with gives you complimentary passes). Maybe your money would be better spent at ace water spa or something. Nearer too. 5. Guards are too strict or don't care: when she was screaming at us, they didn't do anything about it, but when we went out to buy stuff at 7-11 they wouldn't let us in via a vehicle exit which was right in front of our tower, but rather asked us to walk all the way to the pedestrian entrance and walk all the way back from there to our tower. All in all. I guess if you want to experience a paris hilton designed beach complete with waves and a nice view: go ahead and book here! But be prepared for long and tiring walks from your tower to the beach (for a supposedly elite place, there are no shuttles), the nearest mall or even the nearest convenience store. Bring your own towels and toiletries and food as well to avoid the hassle. Otherwise just book with another hotel.
