The staff is AMAZING, always helping (even before our arrival) replying emails very quick and giving good advice, the hotel is located in an amazing place. I'll return for sure.

Great resort- well kept rooms and beautiful pool area. Food was excellent. Service staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool is fantastic and the kayaking was a lot of fun. The Villas are ideal for a family.

One of my favorite resorts in the Philippines. Nice ambience, excellent service, nice staff. The hot jacuzzi is superb, specially at night. Great food. Best place to recharge and relax. Would definitely go back.

近隣によいホテルがなかったのであまり期待していなかったのだが、サービスと設備、共に満足しました。

This resort is the best on the island. The staff are trained to the highest of standard. The villa we had over looking the pool was beyond expectation. The restaurant which we dined in several night was certainly some of the best food we had on the island. I would highly recommend this hotel. I will be a returning guest. David Rothwell Australia. 3回ほど利用しています。 グレードアップしてくれた部屋がビーチの目の前。ベッドルームのほかにリビングルーム　ダイニングルームと３部屋あり　モーニングコールもスタッフが直接ドアベルを鳴らして起こしてくれました。食事もおいしく値段もリーズナブル。１１月に再度くる予定

Das Infinity Resort ist empfehlenswert. Schön gelegen, gute Verpflegung und ein phantastischer Ausblick auf das Meer. Ganz besonders zu erwähnen ist das Service-Personal, das ausnahmslos mit einer derartigen Freundlichkeit ausgestattet ist, wie wir sie bisher selten erlebt haben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

L’hotel est magnifique et les paysages également. La chambre était très belle mais le ménage laisse un peu à desiré. Nous sommes resté 15 jours et le sol n’a pas été lavé une seule fois ( j’ai marché sur une serviette hygiénique un matin qui était là depuis combien de semaines?) les draps en 15 jours n’ont pas été changé. Mais le personnels étaient adorable. Français n’y allé pas pour la nourriture !

Overall a good place to stay. On the plus side: beautiful and tasteful design, great large pool, friendly staff, very clean rooms, tasty food. To be improved: as usual in the Philippines, the resort is insufficiently managed. Service is very slow, not focused (you will have to shout for attention of one of the several waiters standing at the counter), and those little things... (there is a pool table but you can’t use it because the cue sticks are broken, no soap in the common bath room, equipment in the gym is unplugged and you’ve got to sort it out yourself, etc.). Again, nothing uncommon in this country, but with a bit more focus and proper management, this could easily be improved and the resort could achieve top-notch level at par with its price range.

Hotel is new and clean located in quiet area however service can be improved. The biggest surprise is reception told me they will charge corkage fee for alcohol beverages consume inside the room (not restaurant). I think this is ridiculous and this is very first time that hotel wanted to charge corkage fees that is consume inside the room.

Taking the sea place ( 30 min) from Manila Bay was the best way to start the weekend. Beautiful clear skies, so we were also enjoyed the view of several islands from above.Hotel was right on a small beach. Beautiful views and fantastic pool. Great place to slow down and unwind. In part because the advertised free wi-fi was anemic at best and largely unavailable. Make sure you have a data card. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection very limited, unless you want Filipino food for breakfast. Menu options are better fro lunch and dinner, but many items are not available.
