Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Money We checked in around 1:00 in the afternoon, and from the moment we entered the room, it was a huge disappointment. The room was in terrible condition—unclean, poorly maintained, and lacked even the most basic essentials like toilet paper, towels, and toiletries. We were told the missing items would be provided later, but instead of getting everything at once, staff kept knocking on our door every hour delivering things one by one. It was disruptive and made it impossible to get any rest. To make things worse, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout our short stay. The experience was so bad that we felt forced to check out early. We lost over $300 +and got nothing close to what was promised. This was by far one of the worst stays we’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.

Great stay for the price. The property is clean, staff is friendly and the food is decent. Located in the city but a little ways away from the busy streets.

GREAT for beach/surfing activity, good restaurant on site this place is close to other eateries & staff was excellent very friendly, helped w/tours & transport :) They should have 1 pool for kids & the other pool for adults. Overall good stay comfortable hotel & late check-in is available!

The food is great. friendly staff, the room is clean and large but there are some small mosquito flying in the room.

A budget hotel with two pools and right on the beach. Can’t ask for much more from a little place like this . Staff are friendly and helpful and the food is good.

Great resort right on the beach, restaurant, barr billards close to center of town

upon checking in I asked to see the rooms, they showed me 3 different rooms and all of them are dirty, molds on all three bathroom like a lot the smell is so musty because of molds all over. I asked for a refund at least half because rooms are health hazard but the property owner did not approve any refund. I do not recommend this hotel due to health hazard.

on The Beach!!! I Loved it, run by nice people, food was good, very good price, I even got an upgraded room. close to Dive Union for my underwater activities. Thanks, Patrick.

The property is private and gated so it felt safe and also has its own beach front access. However the room was very small for 2 queen beds. The room is supposed to fit 5 guests they gave extra mattress but there was barely any space to put the mattress, we had to move the cabinet (which is a very old and left molded wooden crumbs on the floor). The complimentary breakfast has a very small serving size however most of the staff are nice and welcoming.

We were charged an extra fee of 4000 which had to be paid in cash upon arrival. Rooms are dirty, have no soap or toilet paper. The shower is a bucket on the floor. Restaurant food is disgusting and over priced, the drinks are fairly priced.

Old Hotel but really clean and great staff and the location is out of this world if you want a relaxing quiet few days on the beach this is the place, just a heads up they don't have a card reader so take cash

The hotel is a lot worse than the pictures online. It is very outdated. Doors are very primitive and toilets and faucets are very old and rusty. Heating does not work with very weak flow of water for the shower. There is no available boiler per room. We have to even deposit Php 500.00 to borrow a boiler or even use their volley ball. The restaurant is very old and the food isn't too good as well. Free breakfast is okay, not a buffet, it's plated with limited food and a glass of drink. The staff does not look too happy serving guests, though the receptionist is nice. The view from the hotel is amazing with its beach front view. Too bad that the resort does not compare to its view.
