The first room was very dirty, and the bed sheets were wet and.. Sticky?...
The second room was *fine*, but still the walls and all surfaces were very dirty.

This hotel manager and staff are inconsiderate! Our flight got diverted back to Manila due to severe storm and I called the facility to inform them about the situation. I booked 3 rooms for 3 nights at $279 per room with a whooping total of $837. They refunded me $279 for the one room and kept the rest of the money. The cancellation policy did not state strict cancellation regardless of the situation such as death or act of nature. We were devastated that we were not able to travel to Palawan and what the facility did added insult to our injury! Expedia is not helping! Of course they are keeping their share of the profit!!! VULTURES!!!
