因為早餐很不ok , 8:00 am去吃,到9:00 食物都沒補上，其中有一天，
因為訂房沒注意，沒訂到早餐，但不知道，結果去吃，要另付360pesos, 折台幣約260$ ，實在不值得，入住時要問清楚啊
才不會花冤枉錢啊

Staff service level is good, and the check-out time 12:00 pm is also very generous. The workmanship of the room interior could be improved. In the several times I have stayed here, I have encountered the same issue on three occasions—the long table mounted on the wall was noticeably slanted. It’s unfortunate that the facilities prevent a perfect rating, especially considering how hard the staff are working.

II always stay at this hotel when I visit the Philippines for business, as the staff provides excellent service and it's conveniently located near my workplace in the heart of Ortigas. However, one ongoing issue is the wall-mounted table, which is noticeably slanted—this is the third time I’ve encountered this problem. I sincerely hope the management considers improving the facility, as the quality of the staff deserves to be matched by the environment.

One matter for housekeeping to look into: ensure that the room refrigerator is working. During this stay, the ref in Room 706 does not cool down. Please fix or replace. Thank you.
