Well situated: near shopping, food carts, convenient stores, mall, museums, universities, government offices, hospitals, historical locations, US embassy, and more! Front desk support is top-notch. Cleaning crew is fabulous! Pool is nice. Small gym, but gets the job done. Give JMM a try!

The hotel security is perfect that the security gate protects the customers.
Robinsons is very closed from the hotel and the reasonable restaurants are around the hotel. I felt it was very convenient.

Room is fine, clean with kitchenette.reception personnel is accommodating . Reception desk on other hand need reorganization and improve the air conditioning . Facility is close to a great mall that does offer a lot from clothing to food

The hotel was ok and the rooms not bad. But i was a bit turned off with the cockroaches in our room and the rat that ran across the lobby on our 3rd day there. Other than that the place was ok.

This is my go to hotel in Manila. But this time no WiFi in room and sewer gas smell coming from bathroom drains. Other than having to use my data on the patio and the smell from the cr it was good. The staff as always attentive and the room clean

Great security! ALL visitors need identification to enter. Fabulous views from rooms. Staff super responsive, respectful, and incredibly helpful.

Friendly staff. 1 Keycard is issued to each room regardless of the number of occupants. Can't see that occupants needs to be going out together and be back at the same time when plans to be and places to go would be different from one another.
..this is the first time encountered and is very frustrating. given. The explanation presented is absurd.That this is the new management policy.

I've traveled a lot, but I've never felt unkind at the front desk, the face of the hotel. This hotel should be mindful of those aspects. A smileless face, unkind tone, no makeup on the face of the elderly staff, and the service to the guest was terrible. However, the service of the cleaning staff is up to scratch.
