Friendly staffs

Cozy comfortable clean cottage. The OCEAN and Sunrise view is amazing! The lounge chairs facing the ocean were very relaxing. Staff service was excellent with quick response.

I understand a hotel has no control over the clubs and bars noise. However, we had to book a whole new hotel spend double money just to get a good nights sleep. When I brought it to the ladies attention at the desk, she shrugged her shoulders and said “I told you so when you checked in “. No apology no concern, no sorrow on her part and obviously no compensation

I stayed here six months ago had the same problems. Now I won’t go back. No Wi-Fi the Wi-Fi they have is the worst I’ve ever seen on the planet and I travel all over the world. I have to go next-door to the hotel called the reef to get Wi-Fi. Water pressure in the shower is almost nonexistent, you have to sleep on a bed with a sheet and no comforter or blanket. Aside from that you have to listen to wild dogs barking in the middle of the night and they don’t do anything about it. Sorry but I’m going to pass next time

PRO: Kind/friendly/helpful workers, very relaxing/peaceful/beautiful atmosphere, room was spacious, with safe/fridge, service was excellent, restos are ample, a convenient store is directly across the resort. CON: WiFi in public area only not in rooms, mosquitos are prevalent during rainy season i had to buy "katol" or mosquito repellant coils. RECOMMENDATION: Recommended for relaxing by the beach (rocky) and enjoying a nature holiday.
